Staff were rude people making to much noise at people swimming in the pool after it was closed and having sex in the hot tub so nobody could use it until it was cleaned so we couldn't use it at all

Walls were very thin as the room next to us had an alarm going off for an hour starting at 4:45 am. It didn't quit for the hour. Must have been a cell phone alarm. Door was not lit where we were to enter.

Didn't take the grab and go breakfast as we haven't had good experiences with others and this breakfast.

Cleanliness Bathroom sink broke (or maybe it was a leak in the wall?) and flooded the floor.

The temp in the room when we checked in was 61 degrees. We ran the heater all night and it never actually got warm. Thr mattress on one of the beds had a hole in it where you sank into. It was quite disappointing.

The price was nice and the location was great.

Location in relation to what we were there for was fine, however, it's not really a great location to access the town. Also, there are parts of the parking lot/outside doors that are a little uncomfortable due to the lack of lighting and run down parking lot. The door lock latch was broken on our room which didn't help either. In addition, you had to absolutely slam the door shut to shut it completely. A little surprised they still rented out that specific room.

The staff was the best part of the visit, they are all very welcoming and friendly with a fast check in and simple check out process. It is a very user friendly place.

We did not like the flooring around the pool. The floor is a tile and when it was wet it became very slippery.

Since the room was on the outside/ back of the hotel it was very cold. It took at least 4hrs to heat up. It was hard 2sleep cold. I had an extra blanket in my truck

The hotel is “well worn” and “tired” looking. Cleaning is conducted, but the hotel is not clean looking. Bedding and towels were clean, but beds themselves are not more than adequate.

Adequate location and reasonable when not at “SDSU event” pricing. When $100 a night it’s $50 overpriced.

the bagged breakfast was very disappointing. we were doing a 3 day hunt and we wanted to start our day with a nice breakfast. a few pieces of fruit and some sort of packaged donut, wasn’t going to do it.

We called the front desk when we arrived at the room as the smoke derector was beeping and the battery needed to be changed and we only had 3 towels for 4 customers. The battery was never changed, we took it out and we had to go to the front desk for more towels. These are some customer service things that could be proved upon.

We did not have the breakfast. We did eat at the lounge and that was very good.

In the pool area it’s all tile. Very slippery and I slipped a few times. It wasn’t safe for my disabled mother to walk on to the point she was afraid to go the shorter path to her room cause she didn’t want to risk a fall. We had to lay towels along the path to the carpeted side so she could get back to her room. My three year old who had to walk around the pool to get to the kiddie pool almost slipped into the large pool which says 3ft well my son is 3’5 and he couldn’t touch the bottom so that’s mislabeled. Either way if he had slipped into that large pool he could have drowned. Honestly don’t take your kids or elderly here unless you want a trip to the ER for broken bones, concussions, or busted up body parts. Or drowning there’s that too…

The staff was great, and the location isn’t bad either right by food and a Walmart. There are two doors to each room it seems; one either leading to the hall while the other leads you to either the pool or parking lot which I did like. Having your car in view of your window is reassuring.
