Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

United StatesThe room was way too dark for our liking…especially the sink area. It was close to impossible to apply makeup The closet was so dark we almost needed a flashlight to pick out our clothes. The bed pillows were too firm for my liking…glad I brought one of my own. Although the sofa was quite attractive, it had no head support, making it difficult to sit for anytime to read or watch TV.
Great location for us, being so close to the causeway. Wonderful oceanfront view. All of the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and professional. Comfortable bed, except for the pillows. Nice layout. Enjoyed having a full length mirror. Lobby was very attractive and we enjoyed the bar for happy hour. View was lovely, both in our room and from the lobby.

United StatesProperty only has 3 elevators with 14 floors of rooms. One elevator was not working which made it a nightmare trying to use the elevators at any time during the day. Parking garage was full with no spaces left for guests. Many cars without the hang tag in the garage making me think they aren’t checked. When I asked where to park when the garage is full the employee asked if I was a guest, which again makes me think they don’t check the parking garage to make sure non guests aren’t parking there. The free breakfast was a nightmare. No employees there to help form lines. Just chaos.

United StatesThe elevators weren't always working and it took a long time to get one to take down for breakfast/beach. The tub in room had some rust even though the rest of the place was updated.
We loved the location and the room size for our trip. It was so nice to also have breakfast included. The 2 pools were fantastic to cool off after the beach, and the outdoor pool was great with the bar/food. Delicious drinks at the bar inside the hotel and outside too!!

The location & the view were amazing. Hotel is close to all shopping, beach, pier, and resturants. We were able to watch the sunrise very morning from our patio off our room. The room was the perfect size for my husband, baby, and myself. The outdoor pool was very nice and we enjoyed spending time there.

The breakfast buffet is great. Hot and cold options, lots to choose from. Location is fantastic, the front desk is very friendly and helpful, and the lobby smells amazing. Nice outdoor pool when you need a break from the ocean.
