Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe comfort room was a bit outdated, one ceiling panel was moved and you can see the service behind and the TV does not have any smart connections. On other downside is there there is no much of sound insulation, and if there are kids staying on the floor above you can hear pretty much everything.
We have the opportunity to stay in the suite and the comfort room. The suite is modern and spacious with stunning view to the mountains. The service at the bar is great and the location is perfect. In the hotel there are relax areas for adults and kids.

United StatesThe light was flickering alot in my room which was really annoying. The bed was mostly clean, but had some dirt on it unfortunately. Bar was little pricey.
Amazing location if you are going to peio! Bathroom facilities was amazing! The hotel itself is really great and very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay here.

United KingdomThere isn't a a lot I would change to be honest, I guess its all about what you are looking for. This was truly a peaceful enjoyable Ski holiday with just the right amount of drinks/socialising, quiet times and a couple of quaint shops for essentials and gifts.
We travelled as a family (Husband, wife & 2 x boys age 24 and15). We stayed half board in February half term (breakfast and evening meal). The breakfast was fantastic, a massive selection of all styles of breakfast available and the coffee was delicious, at evening meal we selected from a wonderful choice of food for the next evening, I liked this as we spent the next day knowing what was available for dinner that evening (but if you changed your mind the staff were also happy to accommodate change). The evening meal consisted of an entrée meal, then a large and varied buffet selection, a starter, a main meal and then desert. The foods was varied and beautifully presented and catered for all tastes. We wanted to see some Italian dishes but our boys also liked their home foods and this hotel catered for all of this ! We had an hour Spa session (we hadn't planned this but it looked so nice we gave it a go) and it was well worth it. They did offer us a free session on set times and days on our arrival but we wanted to choose a different time and day so the 18 Euro's it cost wasn't an issue, I would pay it again for the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The resort is beautiful, friendly and we loved the atmosphere.
