Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe elevators didn’t seem to work properly. We just used the stairs instead. Also, parking being $27 was a lot. And something that should be included in the overall price. The parking lot was very difficult to navigate too. We have a large vehicle and found the last spot. Tight fit.

United StatesThe toilet in room 218 does not flush correctly. The shower leaks, the bed could use an upgrade. It was clean and the A/C worked fabulous. Just a little fix would make it a whole lot more less complicated for a vacation.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location to PNC Park is awesome. The gates are literally across the street. The room was clean.

United StatesParking is apparently not guaranteed. We wanted to leave at about 9:00 for a brief outing. We were told by the front desk staff that they couldn’t guarantee we would have a spot when we returned. She told us we could park in a certain garage down the street and they would reimburse us in the morning. We decided to risk it. There were no spots when we returned an hour later. After discussing it, we made last attempt and found a car hesitantly leaving their spot. No parking in a room that expensive, is unacceptable. In the morning, around 9:00 a.m. we had no hot water. I have no idea how a hotel that large can run out of hot water.
Being across from PNC Park was extremely convenient. The housekeeping staff deserves to be recognized. The room was exceptionally clean!

Great spot to stay for North Shore or downtown events. Not the cheapest or most expensive option. Room quality meets expectations.
