The front desk fellow was not friendly and made our party feel like we were a nuisance. He seemed to be friendly with other people but not towards us. Very disappointed .

Lovely, well-equipped hotel. They have an EV charger, just one mind, but in a land where so many hotels are without, this is something.

The cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. The shower still had hair on the floor and a few stains/soiling on the walls.

I would have liked the breakfast to be a little later in weekdays as after a tiring weekend we all had slept in My son slept on the sofa I would have liked a better blanket for him

At checkin, the nice man helping us did not tell us about breakfast. We figured on the way to our room they must have breakfast because we seen the little area for it. So it would have been nice to know the times for it when we checked in, but not really a big deal.

Breakfast had a lot of options, was nice. The staff kept checking on the food and keeping the area clean, great job. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I want one of those pillows!

The bathroom door showed full light at night if someone was sleeping. Room was dirty on arrival. Did not receive maid service, had to go get towels and toilet paper.

need to work on cleaning the rooms when guest stay multiple days. Give clean linens after 2nd day. I had to ask for them. my room was never cleaned during my stay. the gentleman that checked me in wasn’t the friendliest but maybe he was having a bad day.

my room was on the end next to the stairs and all I heard was the kids next to my room running up and down the the hall way and stairs slamming doors all weekend into the very late evening. for the price I paid it was very irritating. people in the room next to me were slamming doors constantly, kids screaming and crying at 6am mom yelling at kid to shut up … when you spend more money at an expensive hotel you expect it to be a little more quiet I guess..

Some hardware in the room was loose already. Sliding glass panels over desk rattled when walking by.

Breakfast was fine. Location was very convenient. Easy on and off the highway. Room layout was excellent and comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond. Size and layout of the rooms were exceptional, felt like a luxury hotel. Didn't hear our neighbors or people above at all.

Pool was out of order. When the listing says there is a pool and people are traveling with kids it's very disappointing to get there and not have a working pool when that is an amenity I based my search on. I could have stayed at a more affordable hotel without a pool. Also the frosted glass bathroom door is awkward when traveling as a family, if you get to close to it you can see the person behind the door. Definitely not a family friendly hotel.

Check in was at 3 got there at 5:15 was checked in to a dirty room then was told the only thing we could do was wait in the lobby for the room to be clean then later when we got in our room our keys quit working. The heat was off in the room so it was freezing so took forever to warm up.
