The beds were very squicky perhaps they need an update our toilet was semi attach to the floor they should pay more attention to those kind of upkeeps.

Size of the room was fantastic lots of space,the location was great had no problem find it the placement of the beds was also great.

First thing is parking they are on a residential street and they charge you 10$ to park in there parking lot?? So we did that because we did not trust to park on the street, but they had a lot of kids staying there and one of them vomited all over our Mercedes !!!! The staff was sweet and tried to clean it up with us but when l asked about cameras they looked like they were off, since there was no real damage we had no need to call the cops because we would of if there was even a small dent to it. I think they needed to use more bleach in there whites because there a bit dingy but no big deal l took my own, plus the chair in the room was filthy it needs to be removed and they need to use things they can wipe down.

It was not as bad as the reviews, it was in walking distance of where we needed to go. Staff very nice. It was like clamping for one night. We had trouble getting the tv to work but they were quick to fix it.

We were supposed to have a kitchenette, we did, but had no knives and forks, and very limited plates and cups. Dirty sheets, no extra blankets, we had to go out and buy sheets and a comforter. We had a coffee maker, but did not have a coffee pot.  so we went out and bought a small coffee maker to use. We were on the second floor, and we had to walk upstairs, and I have a bad back, so that was not good.  TV went out on the second day we were there. Called and complained about it so they switched rooms for us and the only room they had was up on the third floor, again another flight of steps I had to walk up. There is no elevator.  the front desk people were not knowledgeable about being able to fish or crabs in the bay which was right on their property. Plus, we can only park out front, but I had to walk around to the back because that’s where the flight of steps were. If we wanted to park in the back it would’ve cost $10.49 a day.

Was not equipped with any pans or coffee pot. No ice machine. Hardly any silverware. I paid for parking $10 a day and was unable to park in the lot 2 of the days. The lady in the office really didn’t seem to care about not having silverware or pans. She said she would call the owner and let me know. Never happened. I went and bought what we needed.

The cleaning ladies where great! Brought us towels and a broom whenever we asked. Room was clean only issue I had was no coffee pot in the room. No silverware hardly any pots and no pans.

Air conditioner was weak and very loud. Water pressure was horrible. Bathroom door handle was broken. Bathroom faucet doesn’t shut off. Room stunk of chemicals when we arrived and then faded to a musty smell. Other guests were loud at all hours and nothing was done about it. Tv remote was missing battery cover and batteries kept falling out. Tv is so tiny

It’s definitely great for a place to stay for two people and it accommodates everything you need especially if your just using the room to sleep in and shower and or possibly heat up something quick to eat! The staff was extremely friendly!!

Very small room. Room was adjacent to check in office, so help (during office hours) was convenient. Receptionist was exceptionally helpful. She was unable to start the TV. Next, she was unable to start the air conditioner. She said she would call the technician, and when I returned from my meetings on two separate occasions each item was fixed. Good location; not far from my meetings; but all of Ocean City is not far from meetings, and all are near beach! Ocean City hotel prices are highest in the nation, I'm told.

Simple, straight forward and to the point. A safe place to sleep at night and shower all the sand and salt water off from the beach. The parking lot is a good size and felt safe leaving my car there.

The room was so small. It was ok for my husband and I,, we made do. The room was a queen room. Had a double bed . 1 office chair to sit on. No space for more. No pool. No breakfast and we never did find an ice machine! The $10 a night charge to park was ridiculous! When I reserved the room I (& others) thought the $100. Deposit was included in the price. It's NOT 🚫!! Like I said there are no amenities. We brought our own Keurig and coffee. Just need to step it up a little bit. I probably won't stay here again. The upstairs neighbors were so freaking noisy, most of the night. But it's nice if you're not going to be in motel often . Nice for a couple.
