The underground parking was the worst we have ever seen. It was very difficult to park the car in it because of how it is designed. Some of other guests were not clean, and often drunk. We were four guys, so we didn't mind, but a woman/group of women or a couple might not feel very safe.

The staff was kind and warm. The residence is a bit far from the centre, but there is a tram stop nearby. The area is quite calm (it's near a cemetery). There is enough parking outside, and an underground parking.

The location is a bit far from the city center but you can easily reach the city center by metro/tram.

The facilities were clean and there was equipment for cooking (there was an electric stove and a microwave and dishes with washing liquid etc..) Free wifi and calm location which is good for sleeping and resting. The staff were really helpful and gave me instructions on how to come to the residence from the airport.

The sink was blocked, so a lot of waste kept coming back up which was not nice to see. The heater was also not working, this would be good if it was summer but it was very cold so did not help much.

The reception staff were very obliging and helpful. Safe area less than 10 minutes from the tram into the city or 5 minutes walk from a bus stop.

The location isn’t that good, but we knew that when we booked. We like walking and it took only an hour to get to the centre. Or you could take a bus/tram and then metro which took like 20-30 mins. I wouldn’t say it’s the safest area, but we didn’t witnessed anything bad. Rooms were clean! Staff was really friendly.

There is no reception when checking in on a Sunday and the pre-arrival process because of this was a bit clunky (including needing to send credit card details and having a 70€ hold placed on the card). Not in the best area of the city, although the nearby tram is convenient. Was very hot at night with no air conditioning. One person living in the building asked if I could spare some change in the lobby.

Good size room. Manageable for a cheaper alternative in Marseille, but would recommend spending a little more to stay elsewhere if the budget allows.

It's a bit far from the city center but of course, very worth for the price! Nonetheless, there's a tram stop nearby (5-6 minutes by foot) that reaches the city center in 15 min!

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. They are fully equipped (kitchenette, private bathroom). There are vending machines in the hotel which actually have good coffee and snacks!

Before my arrival, I wrote twice with questions but I never received a response. Also, in the lobby there were numerous pamphlets of things to see and do in the area. There was, however, no city map of Marseille! It would have been very helpful to have one.

The staff at the reception helped me order a taxi for my day of departure. They were in general, helpful and polite. The room itself was very pleasant.

The Location, but nearby was a tram to get fast inside the city

We had a great week here in Marseille. The Late Check-in was uncomplicated, we get our key by a Lock-Box. The rooms were clean. We will Come back soon again.

Location was not great.. the exact location of the venue was not in great surroundings ... and getting into the city centre required catching a bus followed by a metro line.. so took a fair amount of time The venue takes a 70Euro damage deposit ... not only is this a bit of a pain, the process for getting the hold removed from the bank / credit card account is taking a long time Given its location and the facilities, the apartment was not very good value for money

The informaility and the quiet location

On the downside, the radiator in the room is not powerful enough to heat the entire space, which could be an issue during colder months. Additionally, the hotel's cleaning services could be better. For example, during my stay, the floor was only swept and not mopped, and the sheets and towels were not changed for four days. Moreover, the washing machine and clothes dryer were not functioning correctly, with the dryer only heating clothes and not drying them completely.

If you are looking for an affordable hotel with spacious rooms and a convenient location, this hotel might be an excellent option for you. The hotel is situated near a tram station, making it easy to travel around the city. The rooms are quite spacious and provide enough room to move around, which is a definite plus. there was smoke in the corridor. the parking was not included in the price, you have to pay 5 euros per night to park your car in the underground parking, or for free outside if you are lucky enough to find a spot.

There was a 70€ deposit that wasn't specified in the description of the stay. The information was sent after I already had booked the room. I of course got the deposit back (after 30 days), but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

The zone was very quiet. Very close to public transportation. The room met the expectations and was great for the price that was paid.

there was a bit of mildew in the shower & the faucet was not properly fixed to the wall

the kitchenette was super, it had a kettle, a hotplate, dishes and cutlery, all one would need. the bed was comfy and the room spacious
