The bed was really bad so hard I don’t say that the mattress was old no but was like old fashion mattress and your body can feel the springs .Will be helpful a dark drapes in the bedroom the window to sleep. I have to improve my self to cover the window and live the bedroom darker , but other than that was really a pleasant place . The night after 5pm manager never was there or answered the phone for any need a lady was outside locked out for 3 hours and he never show up or call .

The outside area was really nice and enjoyable , also is very close to the beach to walk . The atmosphere in general was really good and the villa in general was really nice .

music could be lower by the pool. I locked myself out of the room took my car keys instead of room keys to take a walk. left my cell phone also. 3 people called John, the weekend guy who lives there both numbers. he never got back. one of the people staying there broke into my room. another couple the night before couldn't reach him either. it was 8:00PM.

The only suggestion I have, would be to turn the pool music ambience off earlier in the morning. I like to wake early and sit on the balcony and hear birds and the sound of nature, but the music was still on. I went for a walk just for the morning peace and quiet! That’s just my preference though!

This was a fantastic property to stay at during our 5 nights in Vero beach. My son was at a baseball training camp at the Jackie Robinson Complex, so we turned it into a little vacation! We arrived late, my husband and two teenage daughters, and they were very accommodating and hassle free to check in. I loved having the full kitchen and apartment style accommodations. Although it’s a little older, the wonderful staff keeps everything super clean ( and I’m very particular with clean hotels) and the view overlooking the pool is gorgeous. There are a few small restaurants within walking distance, and we walked and got coffee and walked the beach one morning and ordered takeout at the pizza restaurant another evening. Its a 2 min walk to a beautiful, wide, very quiet beach. One evening we took the complimentary bikes and rode to the area with shops and restaurants which was about a 10-15 min bike ride. Our beach is much better, cleaner, quieter and wider!😉 It was nice to stay in such a peaceful, relaxing , clean property, but also in close proximity to more amenities if your looking for it! And the price can’t be beat considering the beach is a stones throw away! We would absolutely stay again!

Everything was pretty great. Only small critique was I never actually met anyone from the staff, but no big deal at all. Room was ready and unlocked with the keys waiting on the dining table for check-in. Check-out was as simple as dropping off the key with a note to the manager's desk.

The overall look and theme of South Beach Place is awesome! Love the 50's vibe and cleanliness. Our room theme was simple and clean, but had everything we needed (bed, bath, tv, small kitchen, dining table, etc). We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

No tv in the bedroom. the fans were stuck on one speed. Water in the shower took a long time to heat up, but once it did it was very hot. Would have been nice to have a broom, as the floors were all tile and the beach sand got everywhere, and there were no floor mats, either.

Location was perfect. Very quiet part of town with only a short walk to get to the beach. Pet friendly. Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Lots of privacy. Definitely a hidden gem, as I had read in some other reviews prior to booking this hotel. We would definitely stay here again on out next visit. Very good deal for the cost.

We wanted to tip the cleaning staff but when we checked out at 9:30 a.m., the office wasn't open despite it saying it would be open at 9:00, so we called and were told to leave the keys in the room with the door unlocked. I didn't want to leave cash sitting on the table for anyone to walk by and take so we ended up not leaving the tip. I would have liked a way to lock the door so that it couldn't be opened with a key when we were inside. Just for safety concerns.

I loved that the beach was a quick walk across the street. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. It was a very quiet place. I think the concrete walls help dampen sounds because we heard very little from neighbors and the hotel was full.
