The room stank of cigarettes even though it’s a non smoking room and hotel? The smoke alarm is located above the bed and a blue light flashes constantly- if you’re a light sleep this is annoying.

The bathroom area was outdated especially the toilet and sink areas , and how quickly the breakfast area closed in the morning . There was a flashing white light above our bed from the smoke alarm and it was a little annoying at night.

The location, easy to navigate and staff was nice , overall rooms were nice too. Free parking is great as well

I bit worn in certain locations in the hallways and the elevator was well used, thus showing the wear and tear. I suppose it does indicate evidence of the high volume of guests using the facility, which can be a good thing...right?

Simple, though spacious and it made navigating the room for a family of three a breeze. The hotel was modestly crowded during our four night stay in early August 2024. We opted not to make use of the pool and gym since our schedule became rather tight, though our initial intentions were to do so. There was a assortment of young families, young couples, single adults in groups and a cluster of several middle aged gentlemen which I assume were there for work/business. A well diverse mix. The place suited our needs and was convenient (location wise) to the freeway and the main roads that lead throughout the South Bay.

The food sold there lacked variety and was expensive, so we opted to buy food outside. The laundry required many quarters, but the front desk can exchange bills for quarters. The shower tub clogged easily.

Location, quiet, the front staffs were nice.They promptly responded to our replenishments like towels and coffee. 24hr front desk.

Due to the concentration camp principle of one item only for Breakfast we opted out from included breakfast here so ordered only room. Room was ok with fridge slightly noisy AC but we survived.

Fast and ok Laundry but had to get a lot of quarters 24 for washing and drying.

I open the rest room door and the floor smelt of almost fresh urine. If it were not for a pissy restroom it, would have been an awesome stay.

Clean and quiet with the door to the balcony closed. Room was nice but the furniture needed spot cleaning and the ceiling in the shower and the dispensers in the shower needed cleaning. Lots of dust around the TV. But overall clean and comfortable.

Our room lacked hygiene the back boards to bed was smeared with grime and dirt , the bathroom sink had dirt and hair in the sink and had extreme back Flo. Also the air unit had dirt smudges and stains everywhere. The soap dispensers in the shower were dirty and rusted, and the bathtub floor was staying with the dirt.

The oasis feel reminded me of a luxury vacation hotel

The carpet definitely needs to be washed and clean. It was a bit sticky walking on bare feet.

I liked that it was right off the freeway, lots of available parking, and perfect for a nice couples getaway.

I didn't like that I checked in as a single female and I has to walk "miles" before I got to my room. It's a safety issue for me and I was not given both of my rooms keys. Again it's safety concerns.

I like the location. It's close to the freeway, shopping and food. Its clean enough. The rooms are nice.

Most areas of the facility were clean and well kept, but the elevators and elevator lobbies seem to have been overlooked.

Staff was great and the room was clean, but showing some wear.

There isn’t much to do around the hotel if you don’t drive, if you’re there for a while I’d suggest a rental car as getting to downtown LA will cost you about $45+ each way depending on time.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful, they kept the place clean at all times.
