We weren’t able to access the swimming pool as it was being renovated. We had an issue with the shower but this was quickly rectified by the handyman. Our balcony wasn’t very clean still lots of sand and dirt remaining form the previous occupants.

The apartment was modern and spacious. It was well equipped with most things needed for a short stay. We had a large balcony with a view to the beach across the road. The location was excellent close to the zoo, and beach and a short drive to the town and marina.

The main road outside is extremely busy, and noisy, so the front bedroom is not ideal for light sleepers. The back bedroom is far enough away though where you cannot hear a thing. The first 2 mornings we had nearby workers banging and drilling at 7am, which was not appreciated. Fortunately, it didn't carry on through the rest of the week.

Communication from the host was great. We arrived very late, close to midnight, but everything was ready for us. The apartment is big for 2 people but ideal for us seeing as we had 2 bicycles with us. 4 people would be very comfortable. The large balcony and views over the sea were lovely. The kitchen has everything you would need and there are 2 supermarkets next door. A running/cycling track along the beach goes on for about 5kms, with lovely views across the ocean. There is also a large promenade for walkers. There are a few nice restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the apartment, and loads of nice to very fancy restaurants just over 1.5kms away, in the marina area.

The shower drainage was poor even after they came to fix it, it still wasn’t draining properly. Only complaint.

Very practical and spacious apartment just across the street from the beach. It’s a 15 minute walk from the Okd Port and Marina. The staff are very friendly and responsive.

Door from the Toilet/Bathroom was not able to close since it was damaged at the check in already. Wastebin was full from priveous guests. Bedsheet for the sofa didnt fit, so the one guy had to sleep on a half covered bed. In general too expensive for that what you get here

This was a great apartment! Very nice and helpful host and the unit itself was well-stocked and very clean. The wifi was strong, water pressure in the shower was decent, and the air conditioning was excellent (which was a relief; it was very very hot in Cyprus during our stay!). The location was convenient although the noise from the street was a little tough to sleep through -- racing/speeding cars off and on throughout the night. We loved Cyprus and had a really nice stay!!

The pictures of the pool were not very accurate. The morning of our check out the elevator was not working and I wasnt sure who to contact. I was on the 7th floor. Had to make two trips down. before bringing down two kids.

The checkin process was smooth. The app was spacious and clean The beach was across the street. Very central.

Bathroom was quite dirty and moldy, dishes were not very clean, bathroom furniture very old, also bath (couldn’t use). There was some very strange noise when going to bed, inside walls, don’t know what it was… Also street noise was disturbing in the night. Baby crib was broken, couldn’t use (half of it was like a big hole). And apartment was very expensive- not a good value for money (but maybe Limassol apartments are all so expensive, i’m not sure), for that money I was expecting more. Pictures were nicer than reality.

Location was perfect, very nice pool with amazing view on the roof, apartment was overall nice with big balcony. The host was really nice- helpful and friendly!
