Shower / Tub outdated. Tub slippery water diverted from faucet to showerhead needs improvement. . Biggest complaint. even though it is a non smoking hotel everywhere you go hallway on floors exterior of hotel the smell of POT aka skunk type smell it really defeats the non smoking facility environment. . Needs to be a designated smoking location or 50 to 100 distance from hotel entrances

I didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t order simple things like pizza, hamburger, hotdogs, salad nothing not even a sandwich or drinks.

Location okay no breakfast the place is under some sort of renovation. Ordered some food and it never arrived which was not good it SUCKED.

The day in question I booked this hotel with Booking.com and when I got there, there was no room left. I have sent several messages. This has been since April and no one has reached out to me. I need my refund. Attached are evidence and proof. I apologize for the photo of food, unfortunately I can delete it. I am not happy about booking with Booking.com. This has been a nightmare reaching someone to help me. I have sent several messages. I have called each time. I need to put my booking number again. This is since April and I am signed in on my account. I still can’t find a booking number, so I am leaving this review in hopes that someone can see it and get to me as soon as possible. This is not a review regarding the Hotel. This is a review regarding Booking.com book this hotel knowing there was no room left upon my arrival. I realize there’s no room I couldn’t get refund on that day because I had to call Booking.com, I don’t know why you guys make it so difficult to reach somebody. This is ridiculous and no one has called me back or sent me a sensible email please I would like for someone to take care of this. I just need my refund. I never stayed at this establishment Sonesta on the day in question. Thanks

There we a few really picky cleanliness things, but nothing major.

My stay was due to a six-day power outage, and I had to bring my dog. She had not been in a hotel before, and was not sure how she would do. All of the front desk staff were very helpful - sometimes holding her leash for a few minutes so I could grab coffee.

PR management goes ahead of actual staff abilities. There were not enough keys to provide to the visitors. Some lack of training as some things that were always possible in other hotels was impossible here (I prolonged the stay and asked to re-code the keys. I was refused stating I need to come back in the morning around 11 am and they will do it. ) some staff was helpful, some not.

We were in a king suite-didn’t use suite part-but noticed the couch cushions didn’t even match. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work well. Our stay was still very comfortable.

Noisy neighbors sometimes, both next door and across the hall. Door lock didn’t work too well - hard to turn it far enough to fully lock.

Front desk staff was exceptional!!! My room had a cigarette smell, sometimes worse than others. Comfortable bed but pillows were all very flat. Loved the back patio off my room. Very comfortable stay!!! Would stay again for sure.

There was no mention when booking about placing a $100 damage deposit hold on my credit card. I have not had that experience at other hotels. Fortunately, I had the amount returned after check-out. Would not consider staying at a Sonesta property again if this is standard policy.

First time staying at a Sonesta hotel. Overall, pleased. Good location and value. Room was pleasant, but nothing to outstanding to mention.
