Not like I didn’t like it but they don’t offer housekeeping I had to ask the front desk to bring clean towels and take out the garbage. They did not clean the room at all during our stay.

The location was perfect super close to everything great views of the ocean. The hotel was clean. The check in and out was easy.

Initially, issues in the bathroom include no shampoo (soap dispenser was broken) and someone turned the water off to the toilet (staff was confused on who would do this). Hotel staff was very prompt in addressing the issues.

The staff and the location are great. Just the right distance from the main boardwalk but with plenty of options for decent dining. Room was clean, air conditioning worked fine, and the pillows were great.

The shower didn’t have a full door, so that was a little weird. The bathroom has a frosted privacy window, which is nice.. BUT it’s right near the bed. My husband went to the bathroom in the middle of the night & the light lit up the room. I had a very nice time overall, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant unfortunately. Went to dine in & the waitress sat us and advised she’d be with us shortly- then attended to 2 tables that were sat AFTER US. We ended up getting up & left after waiting over 15 min to even order coffee. Before checking out, I ordered breakfast to go. The vegetable frittata was SMOTHERED in goat cheese. Not appetizing at all..the island French toast was delicious though. As well as the breakfast potatoes. Overall, we had a nice time. Despite these minor disappointments.

The view was beautiful. Loved waking up to the sun rise on the horizon..modern, super comfy beds :)

On arrival you have no choice but to pay $51 a day for valet parking. There is no other parking much to my tight Yorkshire husband's upset. You have to pay $100 a night breakage regardless which was in the small print but takes 5-7 days to come back. We had booked a ocean view room, unfortunately the most we could see where tree tops. You need to be above floor 5 to see past them. There was a little glimmer of sea but mainly all road and trees (see picture). The room was clean and fresh towels but the bathroom had a broken tile in the middle of the walkway and the door was peeling all across the bottom. Stayed in better 2 and 3 stars. They charge $8 for a bottle of water! Ridiculous. It's quite a walk from the hotel to the main bar and restaurant areas and boat rides which in 40 degree heat was a killer.

The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The drinks on arrival were nice and the 2 bottles of water in the room. Just wish they were in the fridge not at room temperature. The staff were all friendly and will help where ever they can. The hotel is spotlessly clean in the foyaye and restaurant There were always chairs by the pool, which is a little small for the size of the hotel.

Location, location, location. This hotel is situated in a perfect area close to the beach close enough to the nightlife that it doesn’t take long to get there, but far enough away that you can’t hear the noise.

The beds In our room were too small to really accommodate 3 people. The hotel didn't promote the Circuit for guest to get around for free instead of Uber/Lyft. The older blond headed guy in Steelpan was rude and he double charged me for my food on 6/7/24, and he told me there was no way he could charge me twice. I was in room 1216 and was charged for my food 2xs @$15.50 from happy hour menu.

Location, the staff were very personal, food in the Steel pan. The activities they had while we were there. The hotel smelled very good.. ( I want to know what do they used it was very pleasant). Very Clean throughout the hotel. They sent text msg to let you know what was going on every day at the hotel. Our housekeeper did an awesome job with cleaning our room.

Horrible packets of milk powder in room for coffee instead of cream. It was ok though as they had a coffee station down in the foyer that we were able to get coffee with cream. So overall, no real complaints.

Nice big room. Plenty of space. Fabulous view of the beach! Close to shops and restaurants. Food was good in the restaurant and we enjoyed our breakfast there too. 15 mins in an Uber to the cruise terminal. Worked for us.

Resort fees were a little much for what is normally free at most hotels. This isn’t the only hotel that was charging resort daily fees, but it’s a little silly that this isn’t covered by the room price.

Very clean, friendly staff, and excellent location. It was nice that we got chairs and towels on the beach.

The $51/day fee for valet parking. The fact that our AC struggled to keep the room cool. Our bathroom door was warped and would not close or lock.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We loved that all the rooms were ocean view. We were lucky to have one of the rooms with floor to ceiling windows which we enjoyed watching the Ft Lauderdale air show from.
