They were remodeling on the floor above us during the day and it was very loud when we came back to our room for a few hours of “rest!”

Loved the location, breakfast, and suite. Very clean and comfortable.

Noisy construction in hotel and loud night club next door. Suite needed better cleaning. Lots of scrapes, stains, patches, and dents. Even when the room was ready, staff made me wait for an hour in the lobby during loud construction or pay an extra $50. to check in to my room an hour early. Pool was a small area with no sunlight.

Great location and nice city view. Comfortable bed and sofa.

The shower had no pressure. I'm very sensitive but the room has a smell to it.

Everything was great. The staff was so friendly and answered anything I needed. I appreciated the kosher options at breakfast, that literally made my day. The location was perfect.

Parking was Valet ONLY, no carts to assist in carrying our belongings, no garbage can or bags in the room, when I asked at the front desk, I was given a black garbage bag. No coffee maker in the room, the extra blanket provided in the room was very rough on the skin. Upon checking in I was asked if I would like housekeeping to come because it was only done upon request, I said yes - beds made, room cleaned and provide new towels, asked at what time, I said after 10 am, as we would leave for a little while. Upon returning at 2:40 pm the room had not been cleaned. In addition, I had requested balloons for my husband's birthday as a surprise and was told it would be done and upon checking in they did not have it done. The front desk young lady did offer to compensate with a bottle of wine and chocolates and it was delivered to the room. However, this was after I had asked what they could do since the original plan was to have the balloons as a surprise. This was a little disappointing. because it was requested weeks in advance. Also, there was no restaurant on site, they offered your typical breakfast options. But a restaurant with bar would have been nice.

Room size and cleanliness of the room.

I was slightly disappointed by the breakfast buffet with limited choice. No fruits, no vegetables. The same standard American food each day (eggs, bacon, donuts, white bread, pancake, one type of yogurt). The breakfast room is too small to welcome all hosts during weekends, with the consequence that the least polite of them are eating close to the buffet.

The room was very large, it’s a suite with bathroom, bed room, kitchen well equipped (even if I didn’t use it) and a corner with sofa and a second TV. The bed was extremely good for me, I have back problems and the bed quality is important for me. Sound insonorisation was very good with no noise entering the room from the windows or walls (a little bit from the entry door). The bathroom was large and well equipped with a shower in the bathtub. The cleanliness was not perfect but good enough when I accessed the room. To note that because it’s an appartement more than a normal room, your bed is not made every day nor the bathroom towels changed. The iron and the table were welcome. I really appreciated the location, 5min walk from the Alamo and city centre. Staff was helpful and always kind.

The elevators were awful. Took for ever to get it to work with the key cards. Trash cans to small did not have good water pressure for showers. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 2 and half days for 5 people. Had to ask and go get myself. Had to ask for sheets, blanket and pillows for the fold out sofa bed. The coffee pot did not work right. it was so slow making coffee. The TVs in the rooms did not work right kept turning off.

    Location. The 2 room st.was spacious.very clean.

Parking was NOT free, there was a 40$ charge for valet service per day, while the valet was nice it was just expensive and they roped us into it at check in. The area is not safe enough to park a car overnight as there are many people wandering the surrounding streets so valet is one of the better options, just wish they were more transparent about it before hand or already included in the costs. The bed was not very comfortable compared to other hotels and the pillows became flat quickly. The ac in the room was horribly loud making it hard to sleep as it kept coming on at random points throughout the night. Netflix was not free on tv, you would have to connect your own account.

Staff was helpful. We did not have soap in our room when we arrived but they were able to get us some with a simple call to the front desk. Staff was friendly when bumping into them throughout the stay and always smiled. Room was quiet and was enough space for 2 people as long as you share the bed. Breakfast was okay, staff at breakfast was a little confused. Wide selection of snacks satisfied all cravings and area was clean. Our room was on the 13th floor (spooky right) but it came with a nice view and a perfect petite kitchen well furnished with all the utensils, pans, and a cutting board to cook a full meal if you need. Ice machine in the freezer worked great and saved trips to a communal ice machine. WiFi worked great and did not require a password. The elevator was secure and required your room keycard to go from lobby to any other floor keeping the building safer.

I did not like the price of the parking. The cost of parking was high. The area was not great for parking. It did not offer much for safety for your vehicle. The pool was small and not in a pleasant location. The workout area was also small and did not offer much in weights.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was relaxing. The staff was nice and courteous. Location was great. The food was good. For the price I paid I received what I paid for and was satisfied with the service.

I didn’t like the overall vibes of the hotel, it felt like i was in a scary movie, and the hotel wasn’t super clean, but was good enough, Also when we got there we checked in and our room was humid and the water was running it was a flood. luckily they gave us a new room.

I liked how it was spacious and the view was nice.

What I did not like, there is a club on the side that does get loud, you can hear the cars we were on 3rd Floor, the elevators sometimes take forever, the beds are okay, the furniture is kind of old, ex. the kitchen chair was tore from the top. PRIVATE PARKING means you HAVE to pay VALET $40 per day unless you want to park at a surface lot @ the area. Breakfast buffet is not all that, they do not have waffles, pancake machine takes forever, they do not refill after 8:30am, the end of breakfast is 9am. The potatoes are so dry. The kitchen people can be kind of rude.

The suite we got was spacious and had its own small kitchen with electric stove fridge and dishwasher which I thought is very nice its like a small apartment. My husband said he did not like the bed, but I thought it was not bad, my back was not hurting and I am pregnant woman, I was okay.

We found some leftover staff under the bed (gummy bear) and some old bakings next to the table, but well, it isn’t Four Seasons. As for the parking - it is expensive valey and don’t even bother to try finding other public parking lots nearby, they all are approx the same price but you face the evacuator if forgetting to top up. I found by luck that the street right next to the hotel (4th street) has a stree parking with free parking from 6pm to 8am and for the whole day afterwards costs 3$. If you arrive midday, then there definately will be spots available

It is well located, can drive up easily and walk to the major atractions.
