Our location backed up to highway so lots of road noise

the toilet paper is terrible. I used twice the amount with each bathroom visit so you aren’t technically saving money. Also, the next time we stay here, we will request a room toward the front of the property. we were at the back and right by the interstate. the road noise through the night was difficult to sleep through. also, one of the long term tenants across the hall from us had the entire breezeway reeking of marijuana from the time we got there at 4:30pm until we left the next morning at 9am.

the front desk staff was so polite and welcoming. he called our room within the first 15 minutes to make sure everything was satisfactory. I love the amenities and bedding.

Kitchen was poorly equipped. Very few utensils, plates, cups. No dish soap. And our room was— unbeknownst to us— next to the expressway with constant noise of traffic all evening/ night into early the next morning. No sound insulation— or if there, certainly not at at all adequate. When the desk clerk called to see if we were ok I told her about the highway noise & she said— well, next time, ask to be away from the noise! How about offering us a better room??

The noise from the freeway is loud enough to be heard in the room and their was an issue with the door locks, however the issue is beyond the staff. They are trying to remedy it.

The room was very clean, the staff was great, other guests were quiet at night, and the pet fee is transparent before I arrived.

Very spacious room with full kitchen and fireplace and large tv with great outdoor spaces. If not for the horrible breakfast, this might be about the best hotel I have ever stayed .

Breakfast consisted of an apple, 4 oz of orange juice, pack of small sausage biscuits and pack of boiled eggs. Sorry, Covid or no, when I spend that much for a room, it had better come with a grand breakfast. If restaurants can serve foods, so can hotel breakfasts.

Could hear neighbors across the hall yelling. Some stains in the bathroom that looked like makeup or burns from cigarettes. Dark dust along ceiling near vents.

Silly but I loved the big windows and cheery curtains. Loved the kitchen even though we didn’t need it this time. Front desk lady was super nice!!!

They had the Communist News Channel (CNN) on at breakfast. Having escaped oppressive socialistic Communism with my family, I could not enjoy the lobby.

It was a nice set up, clean, comfortable. Even though very close to I-65 the room was quiet.

The cups in the cupboard were dirty. There was NO blow dryer, no lotion and no tissue. No breakfast.

The room was dirty and it had bed bugs. You could see them crawling on the sheet. I immediately called the desk and they moved us to a different room in a completely different building. The clerk had me send video and pictures to him and he immediately sent them to his general manager. The second room also had bed bugs. We did not stay. We left and drove home. Not fun driving for 16 hrs but we were grossed out! The GM called me the next day and apologized and said they would refund our money.

The desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful.
