Overall this is my 2nd time here and it was better than the 1st time casino amd and shopping mall are not far away restaurants nearby parking is cool

We were given a room on the first floor. None of the exterior doors of the hotel were locked at anytime even though they say they are so anyone could enter the hotel at anytime. People were loitering outside the doors. Our carpet had cigarette burns all over. We checked in at 10 pm after a long drive and no linens for the pullout mattress. It also was soiled and we didn't even use it the rest of our trip. I asked if we could switch rooms with a curt no. Terrible stay for the cost. They upcharged for a lacrosse tournament which is awful.

Rooms are a little dated, shower/tub has a concave bottom which makes standing in uncomfortable. Check in/out is a separate building from your rooms. It cost 5 dollars for parking; all through not expensive, the staff said we didn’t need to fill anything out for the permit cause no one checks. Bed is not comfortable at all and the ac blows over top of it.

they charged me $75 extra for 1 day stay for my French bulldog when the website said it would be $25 I could of been dishonest and they would never even known but I wasn’t raised that way.

The suits didn't match the pictures, they were outdated and the carpets had major stains. Not to mention the beds ugh extremely uncomfortable and every time you move you hear the springs. Our 2 night stay was a nightmare to say the least the room underneath us had music extremely loud at ALL hours of the night and every time I called the front desk Renata would simply say she couldn't leave the desk alone but will let them know again. The music would stop and then continue all over again when traveling with kids it's not easy when they keep waking up due to the amount of vibration and noise coming from below. For the amount of money we paid it was definitely NOT worth it!!

Everything was great.

The hotel is in a great location and my room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was great. Dominique in particular was very professional, extremely friendly and so accommodating. She has exceptional customer service skills and she is a very personable. Her knowledge and expertise at her job is the reason I continued to extend my stay. She should be promoted and given a raise.

It was awful everything

I stay there for 3 nights 1 day and they didn’t I poor job. I didn’t receive anything I ask for. They said they didn’t have extra wash rags. Didn’t bring fresh towel linen. It was just awful.
