Loved everything except the sink in the bathroom. As soon as I washed my hands for the first time, it became clogged. Had to wash hands and brush teeth using kitchen sink.

I loved how convenient and secure the property was. It was also designed for the perfect stay at a home away from home.

This property was amazing and safe !! Parking was really good so I recommend getting parking. Our room was really clean and nice! I just loved everything about this place and I'd definitely book again !!

Just minor things: We temporarily moved the TV into the bedroom (it's in the living room normally). Maybe you should think about that. Parking is very expensive, please lower the fees. Just stop the music in the garage and you safe energy ;-) The surroundings of the apartment are not the best, but with MARTA you're downtown quickly. Some furniture are a bit damaged and the carpet is frayed under the TV board. Some nooks are not clean because you can't reach it properly. And the dispenser in the bathroom should be fixed and refilled, maybe cleaned from time to time. The coffee maker should have been rinsed, had to do that three times before we could drink the coffee. Lost an hour with this. But if you fix this small stuff it's mind-blowing.

It was outstanding. Was hard to leave. Wonderful apartment, everything we needed was there - and more. Best: washer and dryer. The king size bed (thank you for that) was really big (just right for us), comfortable and clean. The housekeeping is wonderful. Sonder offers towels, toilet paper, detergent... even earplugs in storages so you can get it whenever you need. That's relieving. Never had a better stay since 1997 - and I'm returning to the States at least once a year. Had many hotels and motels and small apartments. From now on I'll compare every stay to this at Sonder Atlanta. There was a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom and a walk-in closet. The chat contact with staff was very prompt and always helpful. TV has no cable but worked perfectly. Nice balcony. Contactless check in and out. Keypad with Code. So private, so convenient. Want to move in!

Thought that parking was expensive. As such, I decided to park at an outdoor lot a block from the building, which resulted in someone breaking into my vehicle by smashing the rear windshield and stealing the contents in the vehicle. In an effort to save money, I ended up losing in this case. Afterwards, I used your facility's indoor garage the remainder of the stay. No TV in the bedroom.

Cleanliness of room and entire building. Amenities: Full Kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer. Exercise facility. Customer service was great (all texts responded to in minutes).

The condo was modern, well decorated and stocked. It was immaculately clean. The check-in and access was easy. Everything was very safe and it was located near the downtown attractions. The balcony was a wonderful bonus!

Bedroom carpet had stains, not enough kitchen supplies like colander, serving bowls and plates. Kitchen counter bar stools very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Location was a bit edgy.

The table and chairs on the balcony haven't been cleaned for a long time, had to clean them myself.

Cool place, overall staying there was great. There is a special room for storage of baggage for the guests

Being nitpicky here-$30/day parking seemed a bit steep (maybe it’s in-line with daily midtown parking rates?). Street noise could get loud at night (not much Sonder can do about that).

Great location - walking distance to groceries, restaurants, transit, downtown, tourist sites, etc. easy access to the parking garage and room upon arrival, area felt safe, suite was perfect for our needs. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed was broken and there was no one to fix it. We had to change rooms. We wanted to stay in the original room until the next morning, but couldn't because they had already processed the room change. Luckily we did not get locked out.

The first apartment was beautiful with a nice view. The second apartment has a larger bedroom but not as good a view.

It took me at least 20 minutes to figure out how to get in the garage with the gate code. Also, just my opinion parking should be included in the stay.Overall everything else was great

There was nothing not to like. I enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I had the 1 bedroom apartment with the balcony. I walked in and was amazed that the apartment looked exactly like the online pictures. It was nice and clean, smelled very fresh and had everything I needed to prepare my meals. I felt very safe in the area. It was very quiet and the building and garage is secured.

Although the place was clean there were minor repairs that needed to be done in the room that looked like it was quick fixed, like nails for the tissue rack and the shower door in the master bed room. but over all great
