I stayed for three nights. The apartments are cozy and comfortable; the main lobby has an excellent interior design. The location is convenient for getting to downtown. Also, there is a direct metro line to the airport with a station close to the apartments.

the lack of parking, no other problems come to mind. The location was good, across from the baseball stadium, so petty quit when nothing was happening there.

I liked the balcony. The sheets and the bed were great. It was clean and the internet worked good. Nice hot shower. There was free coffee which I did not partake of. The only problem was the lack of parking provided by the hotel. I parked on the street and my car got towed, ouch. Ultimately, I figured out its best to park at ramp C --$5 a day on weekends.

Parking was $26 a day with no in & out privileges. Some apartments are rented as real apartments so have to share pool/game room and lounge with residents.

Was a very nice apartment with a spectacular view! Has a great lounge where you can hang out with friends and family. We went as a small couples group so it was perfect and is open 24/7. Apartment came with a lot of wonderful amenities that we were not expecting but include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, beautiful fridge/freezer with ice and water. There is shampoo, conditioner and body soap inside the shower. Great place to stay for couples or groups of friends…didn’t really see any kids around.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, could have been me, but the dryer stopped after a few seconds. I hung dried everything and was still grateful that I had the facilities.

Bed was great, shower as well. Washer and dryer in the room! I needed at least another shirt, now everything was washed. Enviable closet space. In a very walkable location, right next to Target Field, breweries and Whole Foods (breakfast!)

My driving directions let me down, but Sonder provided an app with 24/7 text/call ability to someone who directed me.

The property was brand new and beautiful. I struggled for a minute finding it, but after that everything was great. The apartment/room was well appointed, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The 18th floor had a beautiful lounge with an incredible view of Target field, not to mention a sauna, gym and working spaces for me and the laptop. If you are going to a Twins game this is THE place to stay as it's just a quick walk across the street to the stadium.

Not a fault of Sonders, but we had places we wanted to venture outside of the loop area, generally 10-12 miles away. Without a car we had a sizable number of Uber charges. The metro sometimes could get us there but often times doubled or triples the travel time. One more quibble, the window blinds are sheer, so if you're a black out shade kinda of person, you might have some difficulty. Our room faced a high rise that had construction and we could see the construction lights on through the blinds all night

The location was walkable to many restaurants, retail and the metro. I didn't plan it since I'm not a baseball plan , but it was fun being able to walk across street to Target Field and catch a game.

There was no bedding for the sofa bed and it took a few different people to get bedding and extra towels, then when we did get bedding it was only one blanket.

Location was good, room and building were very clean and easy to access with door code.

Everything was fantastic!

Our first time staying with Sonder. Everything was exceptional! As someone who works within the hospitality industry, Sonder has inspired me to pursue getting into hotel management. I’m very impressed with the company.

Arriving there was confusing. Google Maps brought us below the level where the hotel was and we got lost. Make sure you go above the bus parking if you go to this hotel.

Everything was clean and new. Very comfortable.

Garbage disposal did not work. Something was spilled on the floor by the bed and not fully cleaned up. Hairs found here and there.

The staff was fabulous. Very attentive, friendly and helpful.

Such a beautiful kitchen, but 3 random knives is not enough if a proper meal is to be cooked. Also no oven mitts. Again, such a beautiful kitchen, but then an out of place garbage can right after entering the unit. plenty of space to the left of the fridge, put a garbage on a slide in that cabinet.

If they had some condiments and a mixer it would have been better, but it was great anyway.

Amazing experience. The building and the studio were very new. I really enjoyed the experience. It was at a great location with easy access to everything. It was very clean, cozy and spacious. Great!

The bathroom was not clean, specifically the in-bath shampoo & conditioner had hair and scum all over. The location was hard to access, even our Uber driver went the wrong way. No amenities (restaurant, ice, etc). Parking prices were not as posted (sign said $25, we paid $52 for one night). Not handicap friendly, room was very small and lots of maneuvering to get our bags and cart to the room.
