The door men very rude, although I told them my room number they still wouldn’t let me in. Their list wasn’t updated and my name wasn’t shown on the list. I had to wait for my friend downstairs to bring me my room key

Bad experience last time when the reception charged me twice for the same stay, granted that Booking.com contributed to this double charge

Rooms are dated and small, beach chairs were old and staff wasn’t very attentive. Price per night is more than what the hotel really has to offer. No gym or spa on site.

The location is perfect and it has a really good restaurants on site.

I had a blast at the SLS South Beach. I enjoyed the lively pool parties at Hyde Beach, the stunning ocean views, and the exquisite cuisine at Katsuya and Elcielo. The room wasn't too spacious but good enough for me. It was really comfortable and stylish tho.

Staff are horrible. I don’t know where to start from but to make things short almost all staff and especially the managers harassed us. They’re careless and management is horrible. Contradicting words, sketchy behavior we felt being stalked at this hotel. Biggest scam. We felt harassed and I couldn’t wait to leave the hotel with the most horrible managers who violate your boundaries to next level. I honestly never seen customer service like this anywhere in USA. Also the rooms are beyond small. There was also pee on the bathroom floor apon our arrival. Light was broken and had to asked twice to have them come fix and wait over a day.

Our carpet had a rip at the seam exposing a nail which I stepped on a couple of times. I had to place a towel over it to keep from scrapping the bottom of my foot. We were "upgraded" to a balcony I have much rather stuck to the city view I originally reserved. $33 for 2 bottled sodas and water from The Shack is a bit over priced.

The staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. Very comfy bed and pillows. The shower was very spacious definitely room for two. Loved the beach was very close and the towel and beach chair staff were great. The use of the complimentary car service was an added bonus.

My 9th stay at the SLS Southbeach and my favourite stay to date. I am genuinely lost for words as the service received has been nothing but outstanding by Simone, Ntiamoah, Fernando, Sebastian, Jose and the rest of the team. From the upgrade prior to my arrival, to assigning me the best room in the building, the lovely welcome note, the breakfast comp, etc. Everything was pure perfection! I absolutely love the rooms more than any other hotel I have ever stayed at, the pool is gorgeous and overall every facility is fantastic.

The room was cosey but a little small, no closet space. However, it was clean and the roomservice came every day. .

The staff was awesome 👌 very attentive to your needs. From the complementary breakfast to the poolside, service as well. Never pressured us to check out on our last day. We took our time as we had a late flight. After checking out, they held our bags so.we.could continue to enjoy Miami until we were ready to go to the airport that night. Awesomeness. CA NYC

I left my shirt at hotel I called them told Them I left it and to hold it for me I came back exactly after 30 days and they disposed my shirt which is worth. 1000$ very bad customer service

The restaurant could have been set up better. It seemed very dark and high traffic due to location. Didn't give off romantic vibes or an experience so we chose to dine elsewhere.
