You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe bathtub had mildew around the edges. which could be cleaned with bleach. the shower head was rusted and spewed water everywhere. beds were uncomfortable. I didn’t even know they made spring mattresses anymore.

United StatesThere were a couple of things that seemed stained throughout the room. It was clean, but there were some spots on the sheets and the lampshade. Also, the ceiling in the pool room needs a little repair.
I liked that the facility was comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly.

United StatesA group of about 12 people who gathered in the breakfast area at 8:00 pm was told we could not stay there because the rooms above us could hear us talking. We were moved to a conference room and told we could stay until 11:00 pm, but were asked to leave at 10:30 so they could clean the room (we did not mess it up - just had drinks around the table). We were not a very loud group, and we certainly did not do any damage (professional people with an average age of about 55). Adults should not be treated like naughty children when they are simply enjoying pleasant conversation after a busy day. If the acoustics are so bad that guests can hear what's being said in common areas, something is wrong.
The facility is clean and comfortable.

United StatesWe spent two nights here. We ordered pizza the first night and left it on top of the counter while we went to run an errand. We came back to fund the food covered in ants! It was our fault for leaving it out but there shouldn't have been ants to begin with...
The room was clean, the bed was great! We requested a playpen for the baby so they had already put it in our room by the time we got there. So that was a plus!! Also the bathroom was spacious. This location was a little out of the way but we didn't mind since the room was so nice.

The breakfast included several nice choices. The dining area was very clean. We could social distance and the staff disinfected the area where the food was served and tables where we ate. The staff was very friendly.

United StatesHousekeeping skipped our room two out of the four days we were staying there. New Towels weren’t left until after 4th night (stayed 5 nights). Didn’t get coffee setup refilled after first night.
Clean and comfortable. Good value. Friendly staff. Great location, the two highways that the property sat off of made it dry easy to visit our family in the area.

United StatesPool not fixed ( said heater was out ) , also wasn't working when we stayed in November. ( indoor pool, cold, said they had to keep cold due to County Covid rules??) Customer service lacking. Check in girl seemed new, not knowing how to let me pay cash ( I have done this before ) said manager would be in in the am.. "manager" wasn't the friendliest ( She may have been tired from working all night ?)

United StatesI arrived at 10:51 PM. There was no one else waiting to check in yet it took over 20 minutes. When I got to my room, there were no towels at all in my room. Last, the coffee maker and cups were in the bathroom so when the toilet flushes with the lid open, water and potentially bacteria from the toilet may become aerosolized.
