Beds are too high off the ground. As someone with short inseam and leg issues, it wasn't very easy getting into bed.

The atmosphere is great. Loved how non-smoky the casino was. Aside from the bed being so tall for me, the room was very comfortable. I was able to relax quite nicely. The food in the cafe is very good and pricing is wallet friendly.

Not thrilled about the restaurant. The food was just okay and high priced. No concierge service so when we asked the desk for things to do, they did not have any input or insights, nor recommend anything.

It was clean and had a good feature with the aquarium. Used the valet, and they were fantastic. It was also nice to have free valet service, it allows the drivers to get better tips.

Pre-paid for a king, which was not available at checkin…ridiculous. Only one of three elevators in operation wasted guests’ time, carpet in room was filthy, staff indifferent, casino has an odd funky smell aside from the cigarette smoke

The construction around the property.

The single king room was STUNNING! I loved the bathroom doors and art. The bed was cozy and super clean. The smell of the hotel was so comforting. I didn’t want to stop smelling the hallways. The staff were extremely kind to myself and service dogs.

It was a little hard to find the check-in desk, which was inside the casino. The pool currently isn't open--we were offered to use the pool at two neighboring hotels though. The casino was fairly smoky, and it felt more like staying at a casino than staying at a hotel. The hotel upstairs was nice, but if you weren't there to gamble it might feel a little different from staying someplace that feels more like just a hotel.

The room looked very newly renovated and was extremely clean. It's off the strip but extremely close to anything on the strip, downtown, etc. as long as you have a car. If you are just staying at a hotel to have a place to sleep, this is perfectly fine. Personally I wouldn't come here if I planned to hang out at the hotel/resort just because I think there are better places in Vegas to do that.

We were interrupted two morning in a row by house keeping trying to open our door and saying our room was vacant. They were wrong both times obviously. 👎🏻👎🏻

The Booking . com experience. Seems like I got charged twice for the room , if I knew that I would not have booked it that way. I thought I was saving but it turned out way more expensive than it was offered on the web site.

Friendly, clean , did not smell like weed , all around decent place.

Didn’t have a shop to sell essentials like aspirin sodas snacks also there was water on floor like something was leaking and at night I could hear on my ceiling person walked back and forth have never in any hotel heard steps on ceiling I was on second floor and heard all night steps of person above me pacing

Shuttles to/from airport were far apart for xport to/from Silverton. More shuttles and a few to the strip.

All the coffees were decaf. I need a cup of strong Java when I get up at 5 am! Please instruct the staff to leave at least 2 cup of regular coffee in the rooms.
