The ac was set at 80° when we got there, easy fix though, the sandwich from the food bar in the lobby smelled like alcohol, ate it anyway

The housekeeping staff did not clean the room properly at all. Attention to details was lacking and wouldn’t bother cleaning up the coffee cups or coffee granules on the table. On our last night they didn’t bother cleaning our room at all. Coffee cups were never replenished and we always had to call for them to bring them up. No safe on the room but it was brought up when we requested. Balcony was also not cleaned.

Nice decor and the front desk staff were really helpful. Rosie from the restaurant was absolutely phenomenal.

WE WERE STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR FOR OVER 15 MINUTES. Once they realized after our ringing the alarm continuously, someone came and opened the door and said, oh yes, they have been having trouble with that elevator. Seems to me... it should have been marked. Also, the A/C wouldn't cool off the room and was very warm over night. The bathroom lighting was mood lighting... not conducive for a bathroom .

There were 3 elevators but only 1 or 2 were working at any given moment. We stayed 4 days so would have expected the lifts to be fixed during this time.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Fantastic staff who were always welcoming and helpful - especially Rosie took good care of us in the restaurant and remembered our breakfast orders. The pool area is really inviting. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection.

Parking was a hassle, because it is shared with the Convention Center next door. No microwave. Very slow service at breakfast time.

My only two issues were fairly minor. The electors were super slow though it did give you a chance to chat with people while you were waiting. The real issue for me was that I am very sensitive to smells and I had to take allergy medications to not be effected by the different scents throughout the hotel - including whatever detergent was used for the bed linens. This will not be a problem for most people but for those that are sensitive, it is just something to be forewarned about.

The Hotel Dena was perfectly located for our weekend trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part of the stay was the room service! The hours were great, the service was quick and the options were plenty!

The room definitely needed some much needed TLC. The bathroom did not have a fan or even common toiletries…a bit disappointing for the cost per night. Wallpaper was coming off the wall…and the glorified patio with a “sitting area” was extremely small…

The lobby, bar, and staff were all very courteous.

Common areas were very warm. Front desk were not friendly at all. Never said hello or asked if we needed assistance. Even the room service delivery were unfriendly. Floor hallway was dirty. Same trash that was there when I checked in was still on the floor 3 days later. We weren't notified that housekeeping services had to be requested by front desk at check in and nothing in the room stated this at all. The first day we were out and about rushing to come back and shower to go back out to dinner and when we walked in our room hadnt been cleaned and we needed towels which took a long time to receive. The rest room had no extra kleenex or toilet paper so we ran out the next day and had to request these items. It just seemed we had to keep calling for things that normally would be checked when housekeeping comes to refresh the room .... toilet paper, tissue paper, clean glasses, empty trash cans, etc. Every time we called to get items brought to our room it seemed it was an inconvenience for them to provide what we needed. On one of the nights an alarm went off and were asked to evacuate which we did onto the roof of the garage along with a lot of other guests. We were out there locked out wondering if we could go back in. I found my way around the roof top and went down to the lobby and asked front desk if we could come back to our rooms and they stated very nonchanantly that we could and I asked why had't we been notified and let them know that there were a lot of people on the roof of the garage. They said they woud send someone out but once we made our way back to our room, I went and let people in by unlocking the door. Noone had been out to see them or to unlock door. I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel and was highly disappointed. Overall for what we paid for the room was very disappointing.

Cleanliness. I had a small patio in my room and there were cigarette buds on the floor of the patio when I checked in. They were not removed for the whole week when I was there. Gross.

Shower was not good. Weird entrance to the hotel - in like an alleyway. Checkout was not good. The front desk person said my charge was $30 for parking and that's it. I also got an invoice for $30 in my email as well. But my credit card was charged $64.57. I never received an invoice or statement for that amount. Contacting them has not been helpful either.

The air conditioner broke with a terrible sound at 3 AM and we at difficulty going back to sleep. However the manager was terrific everyone was very apologetic and we were upgraded to a lovely suite..
