Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesMy wife and I were the only ones in the restaurant we were greeted promptly , however took 45 minutes before our breakfast was served for only eggs a potato sausage and toast was very unacceptable. Our waitress never came back durning the time from order to when we got our food. At dinner the night before took 2 hours from time our order was taken till time we were served. Again our waiter never gave us a reason why or visited our table with any information,why we watched 3 different couples come in get served and leave. Really sad that we didn’t even get an apology or sorry for such a long delay. I’ll be thinking twice before I use the restaurant again very bad experience. My friends have asked me how the Hotel was, I told them very nice but would use outside restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinners unless you have alot of time and patience. This is the icing on the cake. At time of check in which we had reservations for the person at the desk got us all checked in and was very pleasant and nice. We headed to our room and as we opened the door the room was all ready occupied with clothes all over the bed etc. Thank God they weren’t in the room! How embarrassing it would have been for both of us! Went back to the desk and rep apologized and gave us another room which was clean and not occupied. From arrival to dinner to breakfast it was not our best st your Hilton Hotel. Other Hiltons we’ve stayed at were great! A lot of balls were dropped here. Being a Service Director in the automotive business as well being a 5 star store, I was very disappointed.

United StatesThe room was small, there was no microwave or extra blanket. The coffee maker was small. The pillows were flat, not very comfortable. The stairs only went to the second floor and it was dark on them at night. When you got to the top there were no lights at all and you had to walk through a dark area to get to the hallway. If you prefer stairs over the elevator they were not safe at all. and it was also dark by the elevators.
Liked the location, the view of the by, the new decor. The shower was big and the shower head was great. The toiletries smelled amazing. Its pet friendly and the location was great for walking our dog.
