Never give my money back from incidentals back in August don’t know why you have to charge me when I don’t use anything except room

The cost of breakfast was outrageous for burnt, old, and limited food. We were down at breakfast by 7:30 and everything looked like it had been sitting out for hours. We only stayed because our kids were eating and we’d already “paid” the bill with our room #

We absolutely loved how clean the room was and ready to go after a long day

False alarm fire at 1030at night. Having to walk down 10 flights of steps just to make it down and say false alarm with no explanation was not fun

The bathroom needed to be cleaned better and there was a stain on side of the bed. The room was a little too cold and we didn't have warm enough blankets. The tv was broken, most of the channels were out.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was great for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sky on duty when I check in and she was great. The say was pleasant overall will that about coming back.

tv, and the person that did not check us in.. female Hispanic/Caucasian didn't want to provide her name.. we arrive at 2pm she told us our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm so she couldn't check us in.. understandable, so we waited in the lobby until 2:55pm and then asked if our room was ready yet she stated no. so since check in was @ 3pm we waited until 3:10pm and asked another lady black female can we check in and she stated yes I didn't know you were waiting for a room we kindly point to the lady next to her and said she did, this lady told us we had to keep waiting.. after that we checked in and went to our room where we then told them the tv didn't work no one ever came to fix it.

room was clean but our tv was not working properly. the tv only had clear channels for cnn, msnbc, fox news stations.. all the other channels were fuzzy and snow like in the pictures. although we stayed 1 night we were unable to watch tv.

Its so close but you cant walk there because its not safe so you still have to drive to the park and pay for parking

So close to sesame place. They gave my daughter a toy upon check in and the room was very nice

The internet didn't work, the TV was static-y, breakfast was not included and expensive, hotels never have hard enough pillows for me, the bathroom was very small

Clean room, GREAT showerhead, especially for a hotel room. Beds were fine. A/C worked wonders. Location was phenomenal for visiting the Sesame Place. Good shampoo/conditioner/soap in the bathroom, soft towels (especially for a hotel)

I didn’t like that children were loud past 10:00pm. I also didn’t like how some buttons on the remote did not seem to work for the TV in my room.

This hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It is located near several Thomas Jefferson medical facilities, stores & restaurants, & across the street from Sesame Place.

My room wasn’t ready due to shortage of staff I understand but it was 4:30 by the time my room was ready they gave me another room which was not nice for the time being till the other room was ready which was nice because I asked for a earliest check in thx everyone was wonderful
