Our stay was during a renovation period. I would hope by this time next year it will be completely updated.

Nice beachside hotel. Management is trying to remodel and it is looking like it is coming along. We will probably give it another try next year. Renovations should be complete.

Coffee in the reception room only. But that is what you expect for a two star motel. The shower water was usually hot.

Five minute walk to the beach. Great, friendly service by Abdul the manager and his colleague the night manager. Allowed us to park early in the day. The pool and barbeque looked good, but we didn't try it.

The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. No plug for the tub. There is only one small coffee pot for 30 rooms in the office. If you wait in office you might get a cup. I guess the walls are quite thin because I could here my dogs bark when I was on the first floor coming up the steps to the 2nd floor and my room was all the way at the end of the 2nd floor? It was they were right next to me?

The staff was very nice. It was close to the beach. The AC worked well.

We liked that the hotel had parking and was close to the beach. Staff was pretty friendly and good, giving services what was included without hesitation, more towels, bed sheets etc.

Ceiling tile in the bathroom was falling. Carpet could be more clean in the hallway. Door knobs were loose in the room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower and water pressure was great. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Pool water was cleaned and taken care of.

For the amount of money that was spent, it was not worth it. The place was not as clean as it should have been. The pool was filthy. I saw employees cleaning the floor of another room with a rag on a swifter.

Do not like separation of bathroom and sink (sink should be in bathroom), bathroom did not have a single hook or a rack for towels, toiletries, or anything else - very inconvenient.

The very gracious staff person took us up to the second-floor room, pointing out the access to the rooms was via an outside door that was open at all times to the public without any security restrictions. Within the room, there was a broken heating/ac unit with guts hanging out, numerous cracks and stains on the doors and ceilings, and rusty, dirty baseboards. There were only two thin towels for our use. It truly looked like a derelict space. Despite its general disrepair, I thought the space itself was kind of cozy. The sheets were clean, high quality cotton, and the bed was pretty comfortable. This room in no way was worth the money we paid for it, but I recognize that it was aligned with the rates of all last-minute bookings in high summer in a coastal community. The staff were super friendly and gifted us with multiple cold breakfast items upon departure. What I cannot decide is whether they are just people who work there and are not responsible for the terrible shape the building is in, or whether they actually own the property and are just being extra nice to diffuse people’s horror about the state of facility.

The bathroom was dirty. There were brown smears and spots on the walls. There was a soiled bath mat in the tub. We were really concerned about the cleanliness of the room. When we first walked in it smelled like someone just ate and went to the bathroom in the room.

You could hear dogs crying and barking all night. The air conditioner didn't work well. It was less than comfortable in the room. The room is in desperate need of upgrades. Not enough outlets. The beds are hard.

All of the paperwork ensured parking but my car was TOWED from the parking lot. I had to pay $368 towing fees AND a parking ticket. This is after I specifically notified the desk about my car, make and license plate. I will be seeking reimbursement
