I dislike the parking spot. Even though we were placed on the and floor for guest that stays there. We COULDN'T find a good parking spot. We have so much trouble finding a parking location and the tightness of the parking area. We would drive the 1st floor of the garage, don't have parking, than drive ton2nd floor don't have parking. We have to continuously drive around for a t least 5-10 minutes before we can even have a good parking location. Being a guest that stays there. I feel that we should be able to have parking spot without having to be frustrated to find a parking spot.

I like the location where we were placed at and being in the center of the shopping centers. Being able to go to the private beach and having shuttle bus provided for us and being in a private area.

We went in June apparently during a fishing tournament. It was impossible to park at Baytown which was our main reason for staying here. The trams were running every 45 minutes or so but they couldn't tell you about what time it would come and the ride would take 45 minutes. We decided to not hassle with it. Also, when we went to rent chairs at the beach but no one was at the stand. We got tired of waiting in the heat so we went to the pool which had no umbrellas left. We decided to enjoy the beach from our balcony the rest of the trip. ☺️

We stayed at Beachside Tower 1. The views were beautiful. Our condo was well equipped, clean, and nicely decorated. Felt safe the entire time.

The room was okay. There were a few cosmetic concerns and very limited outlets for electronics. I also didn't know until check in that they hold $300 for incidentals. That was a little obstacle.

We loved the resort atmosphere and having access to so much. The location was great! We were a little ways from the beach at bayside, but trams were pretty easy to use.

No breakfast included or conveniently recommended…. I am not sure if the location would have a nice place for breakfast… It was not clear if the beach area is available or not… no clear instructions how to enjoy the beach… more focus on golf only…

The layout was a little confusing, but once it was figured out, it was great.

It was a resort in itself with access to the beach, onsite restaurants and activities. We did the leave the property to do things, but it really isn't needed. They have everything there, other than snorkling. Also great with families for small children.

Some sort of sheet or email at check in telling us where ice machines are located, more signage for where to find tram stops, signage for beach access, and at the dunes for basketball/pickle ball there need to be trash cans inside the gate because people were trashing the area w empty cans and bottles. Did see a can outside the courts.

No one answered the guest helpline. You could text questions but it might be hours later before you get a response. You could tell the Bayside was pretty old. However, it did look like they were doing some renovations.

Very quiet, mostly clean. Friendly staff, when you saw them but didn't see many staff members.

On my listing it said that I would get a room with a washer and dryer but mine didn't have one also the mini fridge was unplugged and we weren't aware and had put food in it and it was ruined in the morning. Also the wait for the room was ridiculous we waited over a hr past check in time

My biggest complain are the pool access. Once of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the large pool they use for marketing on their website and marketing materials. It is called The Grand Pool! As much as I wanted to spend time time at the beach, I was envisioning my children playing in the beautiful pool and us enjoying this amenity. I spent 2 hrs looking for this pool, staff sending me to all directions (it is a big resort) to find out that I AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE IT!!!! I was told by costumer service (I have to text them) that it was a private pool for residents only. I was given a list of pools (again from text costumer service) with a list of pools I could use. Very limited and BORING pools. Apparently you can only use the pool that is attached to the building! So if your pool is small , then you are stock with that pool. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL! It made a huge difference in our trip experience since my entire family just wanted to swim! Also the pool we were able to use was crowded and the water water was freezing cold! Please do not market and give costumers false expectations!!!! Also we wanted to rent a good cart to drive around the amenities and we were told that we couldn’t. It all depends if the condo you are renting has a golf cart! This is our first time staying at the hotel and I do feel there a lot of lack of communication. They expect you to know everything the moment you walk in. I feel the associates at checkin should spend more time going over the facility explaining the pool situation, golf cart rentals availability and how to contact costumer service. We were given the wrong wifi information. We spent 3 out of our 5 day stay without wifi. I honestly don’t like texting costumer service. It is convenient but not personal. I needed to talk to someone and even thought there was a phone number for costumer service, the phone rang and rang.

I LOVE our Beachfront condo. It has everything we needed to be confortable. Fully equipped kitchen, enough towels, very comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was espectacular! Every single staff member was friendly and very accommodating.
