Nothing they could've done on their end, but it is an industrial/busy roads 24/7. Trains , cars and airplanes passing at all times! The walls and doors seem to be thin? Or it’s just very loud outside. But if you’re use to noise u will be okay.

Overall Stay exceeded my needs. Clean and very friendly staff.

Noisy because of street and airplanes with thin walls, average cleanliness (e.g. Pillows), staff was ok, overall room a bit old/worn out

Close to the airport, simple rooms

The parking is hard to maneuver.

Location is close to Old Town, litterally across the street and close to transportation.

Super comfortable beds and convenient location for Old Town and transport links to city and beaches.

Limited breakfast options and no non-dairy milk options for our vegan friends who we travelled with.

Super comfortable beds; Great location close to transit centre: we got the free flyer bus from the airport to the transit centre and walked 5 minutes to the hotel. We used the transit centre for trams into the city centre and bus to Mission Beach which was super easy. We walked to Old Town in about 10 minutes for the mexican restaurants/cafes and shops. The staff were friendly and we booked the hop on/hop off bus for a discount at reception which we picked up in the Old Town. You don't need a car. Continental breakfast was served from 6am so was ideal for the early wake up when you travel from the UK. Free tea and coffee all day. Despite the light industrial location, the hotel felt safe and was super convenient. We were very happy with our choice.

No shower gel. Train and PCH noise.

Despite the industrial and militaryesque nature of the neighborhood just south of the San Diego neighborhood, the property is quite nice and accommodating. Clean facilities, lovely pool area, continental breakfast, and convenient location all add up. Would stay here again.

I recommend to have the bathroom sink drainage checked as when you turn on the water, there is a smell that comes out. May need to be checked and cleaned.

The staff Salma was very helpful at the time of check-in. She actually upgraded us to a family room. She was great. Breakfast was good and free parking. Location is also great. Location is very convenient.

Fantastic location. Plenty of parking, 5 minute walk to Old Town transit station with very cheap and very frequent services all around San Diego. Loads of restaurants within 7 minutes walk in Old Town. Breakfast limited but plentiful and more than satisfied our needs. Staff really friendly. Pool and grounds immaculate. Hotel is located just away from old town but felt really safe.

Hotel is adjacent to an industrial area which is also full of freeway overpasses to walk under. I only walked around during the day and I never felt endangered, but it was not a very comfortable/enjoyable place to walk around. I noticed a considerable amount of traffic noise in my second floor room.

Breakfast was good but could use less carbs/sweets and more protein. Location is extremely convenient thanks to Old Town Transit Center just a couple blocks away. The pool area is lovely. I went there every day just to read and soak in the atmosphere. Staff was very friendly/informative at checkin.
