You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe only drawback was the musty smell when first entering the room, but which went away once the AC started, and the slight smell of sewerage from the tub drain that was really just in the bathroom, but persisted over the stay.
It's not a fancy place, but the pillows were some of the best I've used, scrunchy but substantial, and the bed was firm the way I like it. The room was serviceable and very clean. It was not a place I would hang out for fun, but it was an affordable place to sleep in preparation for a weekend of wedding activities elsewhere. Friendly neighboring guests were grilling out in front of their room and were not loud.

United StatesClean the carpet! Carpet is very worn, dirty and soiled. Did not have enough towels. I requested towels through a part time helper, but none were ever delivered to our room. There was an odor emanating in the bathroom coming from the toilet…possible sewer issue. Recommend Fabreeze or room deodorizer before guest arrive.
We did not take advantage of the breakfast and if we did choose to eat we would have to bring it back to our room. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, adequate parking and AC worked great. Staff personnel were exceptionally cordial, polite and kind. Cleaning Personnel worked diligently to clean and accommodate guests.
