Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe ice machine wasn’t working and staff told us to wait 20 minutes without investigating and then we found out, after waiting that it was turned off. First night I requested an extra towel at the front desk, they looked but there weren’t any there so they said they would have housekeeping bring one to the room.. never happened. The hotel is older, lots of paint chips and enamel chips in the bathroom.. no bathroom fan. Musty smell like the carpet heeded cleaning.
Great location, easy access for walking to restaurants etc. Close to Antelope Canyon tours and Lake Powell. Ground floor room was a plus

United StatesWhen we first arrived to check in at 2:30PM, we were told no rooms were available. We returned later in the evening, there was no one at the desk to check us in anymore. We waited there for 30-45 minutes with two other hotel guests wondering what to do. We started calling and messaging the hotel but no response. The pool was locked. Breakfast is minimal.

PolandThe smell in the room was disturbing. Very disturbing... The room was not too clean. We decided to skip the breakfast, as it was really very basic. Mixed feelinga about the staff - very nice lady in the morning (check uot), but much worse impressions during the check-in.

United Kingdom2 things. 1 - obviously it's BOILING hot there. First thing you want to do is get to the pool. The pool is filthy, needs a damn good clean. 2 - Unless I am mistaken the picture you see when you search for this hotel is not the Page Rodeaway Inn. The pool looks nothing like this in terms of size , position and layout which is a bit misleading. I don't want to stick the boot in here, if you need a night near Antelope Canyon this place works, but don't rely on the details you find on this site.
We went to page to see Antelope Canyon which was mind blowing. That was worth the stay alone. The staff were fantastic, the local amenties were also very good. There were a few decent restaurants around and a Supermarket over the road. It served its purpose.

United KingdomFree parking, comfy beds, but the rooms are a little worn and dated, but overall it represented good value for money. great choice of restaurants and shops close by (plus gas station). Not a big fan of some motels keeping a charge on the Credit Card for a few days post check-out, but seems standard in some states, and they don't check room before you leave, so no right of reply, that said, there were no issues, and all charges reverted. Receptionist on check-in was very helpful and advised of place to go swimming and jumping in Lake Powell.
