EVERYTHING was so awesome!!!! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our accommodation was upgraded. We were also given complimentary wines and water. The breakfast was 1st class and had a plentiful variety. We have been travelling around Europe for 4 weeks now and found Wenceslas Square Hotel extremely clean, the shower had the best water flow, the bath towels and the bed linen were luxurious and top notch. Our apartment had creaky floors but that was the character of our room which we found unique. Would rate more than 10 if we could. Very happy travellers 😀😃😄 Thank you so much. Our favourite accommodation so far.

Staying here was a smooth and way stay from the moment we arrived. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The breakfast options are great including dairy free milk for my morning cuppa. The hotel is clean and in a great location to see all the sights. I’ll definitely be back.

My parents came to Prague and the best decision was to come to this hotel. Thanks to Kate we had the best experience in city and in hotel. Definitely we’ll come back soon.

The rooms are old and outdated. No kettle in room for tea and coffee.

The location is excellent and the staff are amazing. Very polite and very helpful staff. Lovely welcome including welcome drinks. Thanks to Kate from Reception. Room was very good size and clean.

Everything was fantastic but to reach our room, after the elevator had stopped on its last floor, we had to continue climbing very small winding stairs and it was a bit of a challenge, especially when going down. The view from our room above the roofs of the city was well worth it. For younger people climbing those stairs will be good, as they will experience the charm of this old building.

We loved everything, especially the staff who gracefully and ki ndly helped us solve unusual problems and offered excellent advice from the minute we arrived to the minute we left.

The location is perfect for discovering Prag. The rooms were really comfortable and quit spacious for a family of four. The reception was (Kate) really helpful and friendly.

Hotel Bar staff Peter was super friendly, check in with Alexej was great and Quick late at night and check out with Paul was helpful as he helpdesk me manage my downtime between booking.

Some of the furniture was spoilt / breaking down but nothing major.

Location was excellent. Very close to the train station which made traveling around very convenient.

Aircon seemed a bit hard to get right. Finding our room was an interesting challenge which became a delightful game.

Staff upgraded our room without us asking, they kept giving little free add-ons like complimentary drink at the excellent restaurant next door. The breakfast was amazing!

In the bathroom there could be more places to put stuff or hang towels. Apart from that everything was fine.

Perfect location close to the national museum. Nice bar on the rooftop with an awesome view over Prague, especially in the evening. The barkeep makes the best Aperol Spritz. Nice staff at the reception. Natasha has been very welcoming. Good breakfast.

Very warming welcome. The whole staff was incredibly kind during my entire stay and I will definitely miss their wonderful breakfast. I do intend to come back to Prague someday and if I do so, this will surely be my place to stay at. Special thanks to Natasha, from the reception. Very professional!

Everyone was very nice, Natasha welcomed us and explained everything with patience. The room was big and comfortable. The panoramic bar is beautiful!!! And the location is perfect, close to the national museum, Wenceslas square and the old town.

Location war perfect :)!From central train station just 7 minutes by foot!You are practically in center.The stuff is really nice and they offer to help you for whatever.Especially Aika and Mathew :) !They made me feel so welcomed :)!If i return to Prag,i will choose this hotel again :).
