Definitely not a 60.00+ a night room. It reminded me of the days I worked in the oilfield the people renting the room Definitely trashed them and they never fixed the broken issues.

Floors were dirty in the room main door had damage to it as. Over all the peice for the quality of the room was a bit high.

Roach, loud fighting through the night, sketchy trashy neighborhood

It was quite clean. Down to earth staff. People arguing all night. Left my window open so I could see if anyone was trying to break in my car. Room was clean, but in the morning a giant queen roach came out in the middle of the floor and started dying...as far as I could tell no bedbugs so that's a plus..always remember you get what you pay for..they don't believe in weedeating too much in Farmington or fresh coats of paint..overall I was pleased enough that I didn't get shot for 48 bux..+++..on a further plus if you are a fairly happy well mannered person you will find the locals to be that way also..lots of sunshine and good temps..on the other hand never go to the motel 6 in Santa fe

Staff forgot to charge me a deposit on the first night so when i paid for the second night they charged me a $50 deposit and on the third day charged me another $50 deposit for my dog and staff was rude when notifying me about the additional charges.

Had to switch rooms immediately due to plumbing issues. Was a 4day- 3 night stay in the area, Staff never updated room list so on 2nd night, some random lady came into our room. The staff thought we switched rooms secretly because it wasn't in the books... I was at store and got phone call from niece who was staying with me freaking out. I called hotel and the number listed was incorrect... Tv didn't always work. For 5people we got a 2double bed room...as promised 2beds and a couch, not available when I arrived. I ended up sleeping on the floor all 3 nights. Phone didn't work. Wasn't given wifi password, had to go ask for it. Was a little pricey for the state of the facilities.

The room had a musty tobacco smell (non-smoking room) and I wasn't convinced that bed linens had been changed. Several long black hairs in the tub. Water pressure was awful. Wi-fi was non existent. No coffee in the room or the lobby. Trash all around the ground

Staff was very friendly. Other than that no redeeming factors . . . Nothing else to like except that there are much nicer hotels just around the corner. Will pay the extra $15-$20 next time and get a better value for the money

It was dirty and there were no trash cans, they didn't have any keys to the door and we had to have them open the door for us everytime we left. The refrigerator didn't work and there was no phone

The reservation I made through booking.com sold me a room that the hotel did not offer. The man who checked us in apologized profusely but had nothing like what I paid for. He gave me extra linens to make a bed with for our 5th traveler. That was me. There are services that could be available to travelers at this hotel that are not. There is a bar not being used. The office is under utilized for guest services. The rooms are shabby, dirty, and in some areas like the bathroom actually rotten. The floor was sticky , the shower had what I hope was coffee all over it, the TV actually did not work, the bathtub was so dirty I didn't let my children use it. I know that there are renovations being made, you could see that. But this was not a 90 dollar room.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. He did his best to help us any way that he could. We had called to say we would be later than the office was open and he graciously came back and let us in. He provided extra linens , a channel guide and explained how the TV "worked". He is doing everything he can to keep that place going. It did give 5 travelers a place to sleep after 20 hours of driving, which is what we needed. The linens did seem clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. There is a microwave and mini fridge.

Deferred maintenance issues, cable to TV disconnected, base molding peeling by bathroom door, exhaust fan in bathroom non-functional, no towel bars, paint remnants in bathtub, bathtub overflow installed upside down, drain rusting and no stopper.
