It is EXTREMELY tired and worn. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The hide a bed mattress was unusable. We had to move rooms because our patio door wouldn’t latch and lock. The pool area appeared …stained??

The location is beautiful and spacious. The room was large. The restaurant was good enough.

We went for a wedding and had requested an early check in upon booking as the shuttle to pick us up was earlier than regular check in. Told us we had to wait, called a few days before, said to call the day before, told us we had to call the day of. Called 4 separate times the day of and eventually arrived to the property and had to wait around for over an hour. They said the room we had been assigned wasn’t ready but weren’t reaching out to have the room cleaned or switch us rooms. Keep in mind, we would have been paying for an early check in, which we were ok with. Eventually got in 30 minutes early after talking to the front desk multiple times as well after arrival. Very poor customer service and ability to work with guests.

Needs updating

Needs updating, the hotel room had a lot of wasted space. Housekeeping never came thru with new towels and emptying the garbages. Seems that should be done when room occupants is 2 or more and over a 2 night stay.

It was extremely disappointing to arrive on the property at 8:45 to find out we had zero options for food. The website stated the Chop House was open until nine - but that wasn't true, you could only order pasta bar. We tried the bar upstairs and were told no, we are also closing the kitchen at 9. It was a Saturday evening in late summer, there should be options on site for food. The pool was also closed at 8:45. Again, extremely disappointing.

The rooms were spacious, however, they most definitely need a refresh/remodel. The carpet is tired, the paint is tired, etc. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the AC in our room was not working at all. The views from our patio - FABULOUS.

Elevator was out of service, the restaurant wasn’t serving a regular menu, just a pasta or stir fry bar. Not a great variety of ingredients and expensive for what you got. The wait staff was great. Also our keys did not work on the door closest to our room, we had to go back through the lobby.

Outdated. No usb plugs on lamps, no smart tv, etc. The restaurant was closed unexpectedly for dinner on a Saturday night. Reservation was hard to find due to booking with booking.com

The room’s bathroom had terrible shower and no exhaust fan. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were not soft. Too expensive for the lack of comfort.

The breakfast buffet was great. The gift shop was great. The location was great.

I was overcharged from the price I booked with booking.com, I opted to pay the balance when I got to the resort. That’s where I was overcharged and did not realize it till we got home after the trip, when I called in many times and talked to different managers and financial people from arrow wood nobody could help me figure it out, they could not even email me my actual invoice so I can prove to booking that I was overcharged

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and checking out was a bit awkward. The two staff members up front seemed to have some tension between them and it was noticeable. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Outdoor pool needed cleaning. It had scum on the top of the water.

The water park had a lot of the thing broke and the rooms as well like the locks on the bathroom didn’t work and the water park some of the decor was rusting

Poor cleaning service our sheets and room were not cleaned everyday while on our stay for 4 days, we ran out of clean towels and toilet paper. Bad customer service at the front desk, not a wide range of food to pick from your menu at the Deck grill or restaurant. You should think about adding new things to it. Like maybe grilled cheese, BLT, Hot Dogs, Corn Dogs, etc.

The variety of things to do indoors and outdoors. Food was great and excellent service. The band and fireworks show were fantastic.

The property itself is a bit dated and could use some updates. Restrooms and pool areas could use a deep cleaning. Air conditioners in rooms were not keeping up with heat.

There was something for all ages, as we were there for a family reunion. Beautiful scenery as it is right on the lake. The food at the deck bar was excellent.

They did not find our reservation for over an hour when we arrived, and they were completely booked so we thought we wouldn't get a room. They somehow figured out how to accomodate for a room, but it was not lakeside like they had promised. Our walk to our room from the main lobby was really far and in an older part of the establishment, which smelled very mildewy.

It had many amenities. There was a delay and mix-up with our reservation, which resulted in waiting, but the clerk gave us free water park passes for the misunderstanding. Our room was large and nice

The hotel itself was rather run down and needs some renovations.

The restaurant was accommodating to my child with Celiac disease. The food was great. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful.
