We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe breakfast wasn't as good as I remembered it from years past, and they frequently ran out of things like coffee or eggs (had trouble keeping up). The hot tub was extremely chlorinated (it bleached our bathing suits).
The location is convenient to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, the rooms are easy to access from the parking lot when you're carrying lots of bags. There is a nice heated pool and a jacuzzi. The rooms were clean and in good condition. They have good kitchenettes with a stovetop and full size fridge.

United Statesthe room was in need of a bit of updating. the windows were damaged and the bathroom lacked things like a place to hang your hand towel. The sofa bed was so flimsy and uncomfortable that we didn’t use it. Also, the room was somewhat noisy due to heating system but luckily we could turn it off as it wasn’t too cold. However, the staff was very good and the breakfast was nice and very well maintained by two kind women.
