Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesMy room wasn’t the cleanest. There was a toilet paper wad stuck to the wall. There was white splatter stains on the bed skirt. ( which is gross). The pool was not clean and there were serious bee issues outside. Beer cans and trash all over the property. Breakfast was from 7-10, we got there at 8, no food was left and nothing had been replaced. I had no menu for the TV in my room so I had to guess channels.
Staff was nice, location was great. Love the coffee in room and the extra kitchen supplies. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was room and shower was perfect.

United StatesBreakfast was picked over at 0730am.... was never replenished. Sign says Breakfast till 0930, but at 0825am when back down with kids same pan of empty eggs for almost an hour early was out (know it was same by dent in side) and everything was gone - no milk, no fruit, no oatmeal... nothing & it was supposed to still be open for another hour. Other guest spoke to staff who looked at empty food service & then walked away & did nothing

United StatesIt was very convenient, nice room, comfortable. Sadly there was a terrible food smell in that e hall and in one of the bedrooms. Apparently someone had brought in food and put the containers in the trash can outside the elevators so it smelled up the hall and they must have been in the room next to ours for the one bedroom to smell so bad. I took body spray and sprayed the entire room,bedding, curtains, and bathroom. It was terrible.

United StatesIt would have been great if the pool had been open. It was very hot in Texas last weekend. Everyone in our party was very disappointed that we could not swim. It would have been nice if the breakfast would have been available until 10 instead of closing up at 9 for weekenders that slept late. Also, several in our party would have liked having scrambled eggs instead of packaged cold boiled eggs.
The breakfast was nice. It would be better in my opinion if it had been available until 10:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m. The sweet lady that ran the front desk was also having to service the breakfast area and she did a great job. I just wish she had some help.

United StatesOur first night wasn't that good. although the room was clean there was still a roach crawling on the curtains and another baby one crawling on the dresser. Smoke detector went off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. We changed rooms the next morning. The second room had a weird musky smell. Then we weren't informed of the painting or cleaning on the side of the hotel so our windows were tapered up for a day and a half.
Check in was smooth and fast. Room was spacious and somewhat clean. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was good besides the side not being open. The whole front parking was reserved with cones. Lobby had plenty of seating. The concept of the Two Room Suite was the main reason for our staying here. It served its purpose and despite the flaws mentioned below we wouldn't mind staying again.

United StatesThe dirty rooms and the lack of breakfast. There was breakfast, but at 7:30 they were out of Milk and several other items and no staff to be found.
Last year the rooms where nice and clean. This year the rooms were not so clean. Dirty rags leftover from the krevious guests. Hair in the shower. (Lots). Hair wrapped up in chair wheels that looked like a small animal could be trapped in it. A/c in one room was super loud.
