The toilet had issues running all night. However the room was super clean, the bed was great, and dinner and breakfast was more than expected!

Many homeless people loitering around property and in parking garage. Staff woke us up at 10pm the night we had to get up early for our flight to tell us they delivered towels to our door...please dont distrub people past 8pm unless its an emergency.

The rooms seem a little older than the common areas, the bathrooms have no fans and looked dirty bc of the old furniture. I don’t like the location, if you’re traveling from out of town know that this is a sketchy area, there is a place for homeless people to live in next door and nothing against that but it attracted a crowd you don’t want to be around specially at night. (A lot of junkies ) I could hear them yelling at night and I was on the 6th floor. I was between this property and a different one in a completely different area, I ended up choosing this because of the pictures but I felt like I was catfished because the location was not it for me and the room could be newer The parking was like $35 a night which is ridiculous in my opinion.

The common areas are nice and modernized, the decor was nice and clean. The place did not smell bad.

the location. the walk from the nearest train station is only 10 minutes however its the worst 10 minutes you can imagine. seen some horrible things on that walk. it has to be avoided so if you're happy paying 25 bucks a time in a taxi go for it. if not pick something nearer downtown. hotel won't be as good but you'll be safe.

it's a fantastic hotel at a good price but there's a big reason for the good price and for the 7/10 score. if this was in another location it would be a 10.

Outdoor pool was closed (we were warned) but indoor pool was too warm to enjoy. We selected the breakfast included option, but menu was restricted.

The room was great, overlooking Downtown Denver. We selected the hotel for a couple of nights ahead of a holiday touring the mountains. We selected this one even though it was out of town because the cost of Downtown hotels was ridiculous. We planned to use busses to get into town, but the hotel ran a free, on demand, shuttle to the local train station which was great.

That the refrigerator in the room didn't work and parking fees were very different than posted. It said 19dollars but I paid 32dollars supposedly change of company. But nothing stating this change.

Breakfast good, service in bar slow at times. Stay enjoyable. Only negative was an elevator that wouldn't work on last day there. Free easy parking a bonus.

The Transport from Denver airport to Hotel must be fixed, a more detailed on how to reach the Hotel would also be a good option. The Hotel did Not have Transportation from and to the Denver Airport. Need to go by train to be picked up after 5 stops...to be picked up at the train station by the shuttle bus...I mean this can be better. It's only 15 min ride if get picked up at Denver Airport. The train cost 2 dollars( min) per person...and it takes longer just to get at the Hotel.

The Hotel was great...with inside pool, fitness, sauna .. bar ..Game room. For a few days this is definitely ok.

Didn’t have a towel provided for each person in the room and staff weren’t helpful in providing additional towels. There was no soap in the bathroom either, when we asked it was later delivered to our room by a rather rude staff member. This really spoilt our overall experience especially after a 20 hour journey to get there. These were just basics which shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place.

The decor is lovely. The room was nice. Some of the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Swimming pool a little to small. Bathtub a little to low.

Room probably got refurbished not too long ago, but the bathroom looked much older and had the infamous flooding-floor-during-shower-usage issues. Breakfast (during low season, during high occupancy they probably have a buffet): good but takes time to learn the system. Drinks free, 'sides' (eg fruit salad) free, mains limited to the menu items totalling less than 18 USD. If you want more than USD 17, you can _not_ just pay the difference but need to pay full fare! Quick service and good quality.

Location: 20 mins walk from Central Park rtd station. Safe for us until 9-10 PM despite the presence of some homeless. Hotel provides a free shuttle which we only used for arrival and departure due to the luggage. Room: spacious, nice king bed and balcony. Further on also helpful staff, though the serviced laundry is a bit messy; had to inquire ourselves about status and then pickup at reception. (But looking back we should not have used it but simply the also supplied washer and dryer). Two small but nice pools, indoor and outdoors.

Supposed Mountain View was really not one. There was not soap in the canisters in the shower. The toilet ran constantly. My husband had to fix it in the middle of the night. When I told the staff member at checkout. She didn’t even apologize.

20 dollars per night for parking that was not secured despite being told the barriers would come down once the event was over. Only 2 elevators working in a large hotel was an inconvenience.

We had a leak in our room. They did switch our rooms but didn’t care to much that we had some things ruined because of it. No ice in any of the ice vending. We had to go front desk and ask for someone to get us ice out of the bar area. Double queen room with 4 people and was only giving 3 towels. When called front desk to ask for a towel they said they would bring up but did not.

staff was all friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

One complaint is we arrived late and we have a room booked with a balcony, however when we got there they didn’t have anymore. Still got charged for the room i booked
