Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Canadawaited hours to use our bathroom as the toilet was clogged even thought we weren't in our room most days. Had to wait up pretty late to for them to bring a plunger that didn't really do anything to fix the problem.

United StatesI had the wings for dinner on Friday and they weren't done. Several of them were bloody by the bone. They should be temped, then visually checked for dineness.
Breakfast was bad. Everything was soggy from sitting in the chafing dishes. The sausage looked like it had been steamed. The bacon was soggy, not very well done. The hash browns were soggy, too. I worked in food service for almost 20 years and I would never had served a breakfast like this.

This place was so quiet. My family and I didn’t hear another soul once inside our room. The bed was so perfectly comfy & firm. My only discomfort was the pillow. I’d suggest providing a firmer option for guests that prefer one.

This is my second stay as I enjoyed the first! The hotel has been refurbished since my last visit and is even nicer! The location is good good for me as I visit the Orchid Show in the Chicago Botanical Garden. The room is warm, clean and comfortable.
