United StatesMale at front desk when we arrived was rude, stating things like if you smoke or I smell it I charge! They are pet friendly but charge you a fee once your there but not through the booking site.
Room was large and decent size. Bed and pillows could use an upgrade but we’re fine for a couple of nights.

United StatesMy kids found empty gum packages in the Bible. We arrived after 10pm and they were all doing construction on rooms close to ours. I pre-requested a roll away bed in the room and it was not there. It was so late that my daughter just decided to sleep in the chair.

United StatesThere is no pool as advertised. The room was 90° when we arrived after a 10 hour drive. There was no remote. Not enough pillows. No elevator. Only one room key, no do not disturb sign. Not all huge issues, the pool was the biggest let down of all tho. It is advertised to have a pool, that should warrant a discount or at least a partial refund.
The price. Our room was also pretty decent. Staff was quick to respond to our issues.
