Location, people hanging in parking lot all hours of the night.. lot was very dirty with trash...No service to clean room kept asking for towels never received them and what we did have were stained badly.ni room to walk around beds.

I was three three nights never received any cleaning services by the maids. Beds never done garbage not taken out. I complained each night and i was assured i would have service but it never happened . I had to get my own coffee and towels. And the garbage stacked up. Not acceptable at all. I usually leave 20 dollars for the maid set i e this time i left nothing .

Strong smell of cigarettes and cleaning products to try to mask the smell, which led me to a strong allergy and ear problems during my flight back. Another thing: When it started raining, it rained inside the room, on our night bed table, and spilled water on our beds at the point of waking me up. It was as if we had a pond inside the room.

There is only black coffee. The strong smell of cigarettes ruined everything, besides the use of products with strong smell too to try to hide the previously mentioned problem. They are trying to renovate the room, but with this punctual issue with the cleanliness, the renovation is useless. There is free parking lot.

One other thing was when you ended up bathroom the toilet a leak so it costly ran all night long Plus you look at the tub the tub look like it was emergency like somebody tried to get rid of some not good

Didn't like how unkempt the property was, and there was a lot of loitering/soliciting. Towels/washcloths were dingy (we brought our own). Thank God it was just for one night!

Ms. Angie was very helpful with accommodating our stay, and I was happy the RR Inn was pet-friendly. It's not easy trying to find a pet-friendly hotel. The fridge was super cold, and the microwave actually worked. Lastly, the location was great!

baby cockroaches and poor working internet. I called the number they gave me but took a day and a half before it was resolved. coffee reg or decaf even the hot water is alway empty and never replenished . I have stayed here before and same problem. no hot water for two days . told the front desk and they knew about it it must have been a problem for a while.

The location is bad. The front desk lady mixed up my room and gave it to some other person. A strange drunk guy tried to follow me into my room.

There was a few fights right outside of my room but I was upstairs and the fight argument was downstairs but it was the yelling for me that wasn't pleasant the the language was very offensive

The hospitality from the staff was very good when I asked the front desk about extending my stay longer they said that I would just have to book it online with you Booking.com and they'll go from there once they saw the reservation on there end
