We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was no mini fridge or a microwave so i had to spend extra money on a lot of takeout food. The tub had no stopper so I had to bathe my baby in shower. There was a trick to getting the toilet to flush so that it wasn’t making this loud whistling noise. The first night there it would go off every minute in the middle of the night which made it hard to sleep.
My kids and i didnt havd a place to stay so it was nice to have our own little space. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The door looks like it was kicked in before and they didn't replace the top lo k which is a security breach for the guests. The pictures on the site are deceiving 🙄 everything is old and small but if you need shelter for the night....

Staff was less than enthusiastic to do his job, like he was working off community service hours in exchange for early release. From a security standpoint, he wrote my room number on the parking pass. Like saying hey he’s in room 260, or when you leave, the upstanding locals know 260 is empty.

United StatesI took a cold shower because I could not get hot water. Since I had air conditioner off, then that was ok. But generally, one should expect hot water in a US hotel. In the old days, one had to ask hotel managers in Mexico (and other countries), whether the price included a shower with hot water, for that was not something one could assume. It is not something I thought of asking when I booked this hotel.
I liked the floor with no carpets, feels cleaner. The room was clean, which I appreciated. Since I did not use the air conditioner, it was quiet. However, I was not sure whether I noise I heard were cicadas outdoors or some other electronic apparatus. The price was good, under $100, so I am hesitant with the complaints I outline below.

United StatesThe room smelt like someone had been smoking in it and it was stuffy. The room was not cleaned on the second day and trash was not empted out. On 6/29 I was awakened at 7 am by loud sound of a lawn mower of someone cutting the grass and this went in for about 45 minutes. There was no consideration that guests were sleeping. The TV was not working in the first night
The room smelt like someone had been smoking in the room even when I tried to air out the smell lingered. The bed was comfort and the room was somewhat clean. No one emotes the trash out and the room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay.
