Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

it was about 100 bucks for the night, we only stayed one night before a cruise and it did the job, saved us a couple 100 dollars by staying here than other more expensive hotels, was clean and just fine for a night, and a free shuttle to the cruise ship is a real bonus

JamaicaAfter I collected my bags I called to let them know I was ready for pickup the lady directed me to where I should stand and wait she said I am going to tell the driver. I stood there for over an hour with my 2 year old baby and waited. Everytime it rained I would find shelter then go back to make sure I didn’t miss the bus. I called back and asked a young lady how far away was the shuttle she said I have to wait or I’m more than welcome to take taxi/lyft at my own expense. She was so rude it pissed me off I took a taxi when I got there I asked the young man why is there 3 shuttle buses outside and nobody came to get me and the baby. He said they told the driver but they don’t know where he went.. 1 driver was writing up papers and the other was outside on his phone. That just threw off my entire stay

United StatesThe rooms were not clean at all! My kids walked on the floor bare foot in our room only for a moment and feet were black as black! Also in the morning my husband found 3 cockroachs in the bathroom in the tub! But reading others reviews I was expecting the dirty rooms and roaches!
That we had free shuttle service to the port and airport for our cruise trip! The beds were comfortable for the most part, and no signs of bedbugs. Its ok for one night stay for the value!

The shuttle from the airport was very good, the driver was friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth.

United StatesThe floors were extremely dirty. After walking around for a short time the bottoms of our feet were black with filth. I doubt they had been cleaned properly in weeks. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, most likely coming up through the shower drain. Could be a real nice place if some proper cleaning and remodeling were to be done.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The free shuttles from the airport and to the cruise terminal were great. The beds were comfortable for the night. The air conditioner worked very well and kept our room at a comfortable temperature throughout the night.

The amenities are very decent, but it is an old hotel that needs attention. It is not bad for what you pay for as Fort Lauderdale has become very expensive. All in all I do return here because it's not bad for what you pay for.

United StatesThe customer service was poor, From the drive to front desks. Things were said by the driver and customer service that seemed prejudice. I had a suitcase my room was at the back of the building it's a long walk with 2 flight of stairs. After walking to my room my key wasn't working when I call for help. The front desk ask me to leave my luggage at the door. I told them that's not safe they said "well start walking back. There is no one to assist in taking a key to you" . So I walked back then I was told they sent a grounds man. When I went back the door was wide open. The front desk gave me attitude as if I was asking too much questions. The driver wanted me to pick up my suitcase after picking up everyone else. And was rudely asking where am I going as if I shouldn't board the shuttle. NB I was at the airport my suitcase was under 50lbs.
The room was great it was clean, AC work, the location was close to the airport. They provided a shuttle so that was convenient it picked me up from and brought me to the airport. On a timely manner no long wait.
