We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWhen we arrived on Friday evening we were told that Booking.com had cancelled our rooms. The manager showed us a piece of paper where he had written down times he had tried to call me ( wrong phone number ) and said we had been canceled because my credit card was bad ( not true ) . He said that since Booking.com had cancelled us there was nothing he could do . After a lot of moving people around he was able to come up with two rooms for us .

United StatesNothing in particular, maybe the pool because it was small but that is to be expected from a 2 star hotel. The parking lot was a little tight, and the bedding wasnt particularly soft. Outlets for charging phones were not in very good positions relative to the beds.
Room was clean, and roomy. Air conditioning worked so well that even in 115 degree weather I was getting chilly. Location seemed safe. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Ammenities met my expectations.

United StatesOverall appearance of hotel was disgusting. There was busted trash and furniture all over the parking lot. Rooms was terrible, plumbing bad, paint spilled over the floor, and walls with holes not repaired. Noisy and if the Wyndham has company standards they were definitely not followed! You charged me $121 for a night stay, and I strongly feel you owe me the money back. I know Wyndham is a chain, and you must have corporate/field people calling on your accounts , and they let the appearance of this property go improved with no warnings or action. I WILL NEVER STAY AT 1 OF YOUR HOTELS AGAIN.
Took one look, and cereal looked horrible and stain looking. Open bottle in frig with milk and juice very iffy. Selection was poor, and looked awful. Didn’t eat.

United StatesAlmost 700 for a week, with more than 10 dirty mattresses in front of my door, problems with the parking lot because they had half of it closed, a lot of strange people entering and leaving the hotel. A totally unpleasant experience. I went somewhere else on the 6th day even though I had paid 7. I do not recommend this hotel.
