Bad neighborhood, room could’ve been cleaned better. There was mail polish splatter all over the bathroom door. There wasn’t a security lock to secure safety in such a bad neighborhood that’s should be top concern.

People outside most of the night. A random man walked up and stuck his head in my car window when I pulled up... I'm guessing he thought I was someone else. He roamed around outside most of the night. Not the best area of town it seems. Room was old and out dated but clean. We were in town for white water which was about 3 miles up the road. Worked for what we needed which was just a place to sleep after six flags but I probably won't be making a return trip to this hotel. I'll pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

There were people hanging outside all over making it look shady. The carpets and floors were dirty, both in the bathroom, and in all corners, about a 1/2 inch of dust and dirt laying on top of the carpet underneath the a/c unit - like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long while. All the walls and the bathroom door had splashed up sticky stuff that was never cleaned off. I woke up to use the bathroom and rinse my face. When I turned on the light, there was a live roach crawling around in the sink. We finally got it killed. I went to walk into the toilet area, and the carpet is frayed and peeled back - I stepped on the carpet tack and it went into my foot. I wish that I had taken pictures. I will say that I asked for a refund, and the owner said that to call Booking.com and I could get a refund.

The room was dirty. I found a live cockroach in the bathroom. Visible stains on the furniture and curtains. And the carpet is coming out at the edges, and I stepped on some exposed carpet nails, which was not at all pleasant. Finally, the dead bolt was broken, meaning there was no way to secure the door other than the electronic key card.

Many people loitering around the property. The room next to me had kids that kept knocking on my door. I believe the property rents rooms for people to live in. The room smelled like smoke and the room was not well kept.

Location was perfect for what I needed for the night. Easy access to I75 and restaurants and other local businesses.

They were bed, bugs and they bit me all over. And I live in my car. I paid a lot of money.

I would like a refund of my money They told me that they would refund me. My money back from the hotel because I'd stayed a night in the hospital instead of a night in the hotel room. Because they were bed bugs in the hotel.

The guy was rude, disrespectful, against children, asked for an $100 deposit which was extra, and the bed bugs are super real and all over the place over there.

Everything especially the guy in the front he helped me I accidentally booked my stay for a month out on accident, but I needed it for that same day he helped me change it to the same night and cancel the future date and booked me for that night it was fantastic he went out his way to help me with everything I greatly appreciate him.

Need was super soft and plush room was nice and clean and everything was provided didn't have to go to office for anything and it was extremely pleasant.
