I would have like the convenience if the door between the casino and the hotel was not locked when I was ready to go to my room. I was told I would have to go outside the front door and go around to get to the hotel. It was late and I was by myself. That was the main reason for us staying in the hotel that was connected to the casino as my husband goes to the room early. I was very upset and disappointed. Also the sheets on the beds were beaded up and very uncomfortable.

United StatesThe hotel carpet in the hallway was not clean. The entrance doors were worn and dirty. The place is just old and worn. But, everyone there seemed to be enjoying themselves inside the casino. I think the place must be under construction, Or, it should be. I was charged $199.00. I don’t know why. It was supposed to be one night deposit ($50),and $99 for room. I need to check on that. Outside exit doors were off limit.
I like that the hotel was available. The room was cleaner than some of the other hotel casinos in the area. People inside the hotel’s casino seemed to be enjoying themselves, but it was a bit chaotic. I like that the hotel was connected to the casino. It was a good atmosphere overall.

United StatesThe facilities were run down. The property is loud late at night with guests returning from the casino in the wee hours of the morning. There was an argument in the parking lot after midnight. Having stayed at Bally's LV, i expected more of the property but it is what it is and it served its purpose for the night.
The hotel is old. The computer system went down during check in making the process take over 20 minutes but the staff was super friendly and handled it well.

United StatesTo have to walk outside, in the cold rain, to the main entrance of the attached casino was the biggest turn off! Key word, "attached". As an older woman safety, particularly after dark, was a concern. Front desk = 0 Security in the casino = 10 ( They unlocked the interior corridor to the hotel for me to return to my room late that night) And upon requesting to use the inside casino entrance corridor was told by the front desk "only open for use on the weekends". Might have understood the reasoning, guest safety I imagine, if they actually were too busy at the front desk to monitor the lobby. That most certainly wasn't the case. We're talking 37 degrees and pouring! The parking, for hotel guests, guaranteed a soaking also. I've not stayed anywhere that didn't at the very least offer coffee in the lobby. The front desk staff, with the exception of one, are not interested in customer service. When choosing in Vicksburg a casino/hotel Bally's will no longer be a consideration.
Housekeeping is doing their job well maintaining the tired outdated rooms.

United StatesHotel could use a MAJOR updating. No elevator so don't take large luggage. Beds are not queen size they are full size. Opening between the Casino and Hotel wasn't open. No heat in my room had to change rooms. In the new room lights didn't work. Pricing was terrible for the condition of the room regardless of the big event going on in the city

United StatesNeeds to be updated for sure. There casino was a nice size with table games and slots. NO one winning on tables and very small winnings, if any, on slots. All the slots are the same type, different look but same type games, no variety of style of games. Will not go again for casino. Only one food choice and it was fine for what it was.
It was clean and quite. We just needed a stop over stay and it was fine for that. Although carpets were stained you could tell they were clean. WAY to expensive for what you get.
