the pool furniture and indoor furniture could do with updating and making sure there was plenty for 8 people. Pool chairs were old a cracked. sun loungers (2) old and not enough for a party of 6. The indoor space was amazing but the sofas etc were dated and could do with renewing. Blind in the 3rd bedroom damaged/not fixed to the wall. not very clean in bathroom, mats old and carpets need a really good clean. With not much effort or expense, this property could be put to a very high standard. really enjoyed the stay and would go again. just address the issues....

The garage door sucked the back door was wide open the alarms where annoying because the sliding glass door was hard to open all in all the living space was good and the location was great

The pool area was dirty and the pool guy didnt check the levels and did not clean out the filter. most of the blinds were broken - things were very tired. There were no main lights in the bedrooms

The location was perfect for us - having a private pool was lovely Kitchen was stocked well with plates etc: Beds were very comfy.

This villa would benefit from an update. The furniture is very dated the TV area sofas are terrible, uncomfortable and held together with tape! The water tap in the kitchen is a drip not full running water. The lamps around the villa do not work. The bathrooms need updating for example in the master suite the door for the shower is in the closet! This could be an amazing villa I think the owner needs to visit and evaluate the situation with a critical eye, the pool is lovely but cleaning is a joke, the man comes,puts chlorine tablets in and that’s it we had to remove dead frogs including one that was in the filter so long that it had bleached white. We have taken photos if you wish to see them. The poolside furniture is cracked and broken. The carpets are crispy with age and old. It just comes across as tired and unloved when it could be so much more.

The villa is in the perfect position for Disney parks and surrounding activities. It’s in a very quiet location.

Bedroom with twin beds has the worst matresses I have seen. Could not sleep on them. Had to go buy air mattress to sleep on. King size bed very comfortable. Extremely limited supplies. Take extra trash bags, toilet paper, etc. with you.

There was stains on the furniture and the carpet was dirty. The master bath room toilet door was broken. Light switches didn’t work. There was porn on the tv when my son turned it on. The scrabble game had porn words on it also when the family got ready to play. The sliding door to the pool had this annoying alarm every time you open the door! The leather couch had tape on the back of it and it looked very warn. The plastic glasses was vary worn so we got red cups. Beds were uncomfortable due to worn mattress. The main entrydoor look like it had be repaire from being busted in. In my opinion I think this unit was acquired from a repo or hurricane mishap. The seem to have need a lot of care and it wasnt done. The picture advertised was the same as when we showed it. It over grown grass that had not been cut for weeks. Outside cleanliness was a 3 at best. I wont be using this company again due too bate and switch tactics.

The property was in a good location. The pool was second best. Good size too! The kitchen was a nice size!
