The only problem was the bathroom, no space between the sink and toilet. Additional charge for parking per night.

Got a king size bedroom which was a good size for 2. Bed really comfy! Everything walking distance!

the pillows on the bed were exceptionally small. I request more pillows but never received them. the air condition in the room was cool but not cold. it was 90 plus degrees when I was there.

Traffic on roadway outside of hotel. Understandable considering street festival was going on and other roadways were closed nearby. A few minor issues with cleanliness in bathroom but can be overlooked.

Loved to ambiance of the property. Was short walking distance to all of the attractions I wanted to attend. Felt safe and didn't have any major issues. Loved the style and room felt much more upscale than I expected.

It was overpriced for the small king size room we got for the weekend. Don’t park in the parking lot next to the hotel because my boyfriend’s truck got broken into and the window was busted out. We saw it after we checked out of the hotel and were on our way back home. The shower was odd since there wasn’t a door for it, and there’s no place to put your leg up if you wanted to shave (girl probs).

Great location near downtown. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel has a cute theme to it, and it was a nice hotel overall! Plus, it’s dog friendly!

Room was clean. We were with our dog and it was easy to stay with our dog. The restaurant inside was very convenient. We ate there a lot. The food was good. We wish there were more selections on the menu for dinner. It was the same of similar every night. Location is great. Very central. The entrance, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There are not many places for your dog to potty outside the facility. That's one disadvantage, you need to walk a bit to find some grass or dirt. But there is a private dog day care facility nearby which we used for a few hours one day, and it was convenient. We parked our car when we arrived first day and didn't need it again. We walked everywhere, the parades, the river, everywhere. It was safe around the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you!

I ate breakfast there and the food was very salty. Also, they weren't able to get us towels because laundry service hadn't finished with the towels. I think they launder the towels off-site, I've never had a problem like that at a hotel before, but we got a bunch of small towels as a stop gap, and the staff was friendly. Also, some of the ice machines were broken.

Loved the location and the room. Close enough to walk to Canal street without feeling like you're too close to the bars. Cool vintage vibe throughout hotel.

Food was bad. Like really bad. We had dinner, and they only had a few things in a menu: burgers, fries etc. But even that was dry and overpriced Very uncomfortable pillows (too big and high)
