The gentleman at the front desk on the morning of my checkout was quite rude. None of the outlets worked in my room, so I wasn't able to charge my phone, and there was a coffee maker in my room that I was not able to use because the staff wouldn't provide me with a coffee pot in order to use it.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The breakfast is okay.

The room smelled fresh and looked ok. Sleeping through the night we experienced a roach crawling on bed and one across the floor while going to the bathroom. I killed both and showed them to the man checking out and he said he would alert his manager. I told the manager there was a big gap under the front door that needs to be fixed.

The location was convenient. The check in was simple and person was very nice.

The customer service was terrible. There was blood on the sheets and the attendant at the front desk got mad and was disrespectful when I asked for them to be changed. The room smelled horrible

For free breakfast, there were no forks, asked for some and I was told there were no more (keep in mind, I'm talking about that flimsy plastic cutlery here) so we shared a waffle, eating it with a spoon. 45 minutes before breakfast was to end is when we entered. There were no more eggs or sausage, and we were told none would be made available to us. Before ending up with a waffle, I thought cold cereal would be ok, again, there wasn't any milk and we were told they were all out. I don't think we were being unreasonable for being very displeased. I spoke to the manager before we left, told him what a great sleep we both got, and were happy with the room overall. Then I told him about the breakfast, and how the staff member just repeated, they're of each thing. His only response was, oh, well she doesn't speak English. Ummm 🤔 maybe they should have an English speaking member of their staff working areas that will most likely encounter guest request or complaints.

The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked great.

Heat / AC worked when it wanted to. There was a draft from the front door as it did not latch properly and had to be pushed closed hard and locked in order for the door not to blow open or be extra drafty. the electrical in the room is subpar. Water pressure was terrible and would get a better shower from an outdoor hose. The ventilation system seems to be shared and you can smell the bathroom from the other units. The provided breakfast was just ok. the orange juice tasted like watered down pulp from an orange. Breakfast items were somewhat edible. When going to speak to the manager upon checkout on the issues, he was too busy on the phone and told me to leave my key cards and just go. SO i never got to address the issues with him. Definitely will not be staying here again.

the room was very cold, heaters do not heat up. They did provide us with space heaters but they also were not in good conditions. You can feel the cold around the doors and windows. They can definitely update!!!

The area was good!! Very close to walmart and alot of fast foods around.

Rooms were in horrible condition bathroom was dirty and no water pressure in the shower. The ceilings were cracked and room smelled.

Staff didn't restock any of the items for breakfast and our family went down at 730 in the morning the milk was rotten and poor service.

The room was dirty and there was roaches. The pictures were old the nightstands were falling apart the floor was dirty. It was so back we left Saturday morning.

WE WERE IN 103/105 THE AC IN 105 WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. TUB IN 105 TOOK HOURS TO DRAIN OUT. SINK IN 103 DID DRAIN PROPERLY. WE REQUESTED SOMEONE TO COME LOOK AT THE AC. HE CAME BUT TOLD US TO GIVE IT AN HOUR TO COOL DOWN AND IT HAD ALREADY BEEN RUNNING FOR 4 HOURS. MY SONS FEET WERE BLACK FROM THE CARPET.

DID NOT HAVE THE BREAKFAST THERE, CHOSE NOT TO EAT HERE. MY FAMILY USUSALLY DONT LIKE WHAT YOU GET AT HOTELS FOR BREAKFAST.

The motel was older. I booked 2 king rooms online, but when I got to the hotel approximately 30 minutes later was told no king rooms only full sized room. Had to pay same price! Shower curtain needed washing and the bathroom walls and bathroom door. The vent was covered in dust. Room was dated.

we gave this place a second chance after our first stay not being the greatest. big mistake. we won't be staying a third time. the first night one of long term residents played their stereo all night long it was almost 3am before the thumping stopped. the second night at 10:30pm one of their kids stood outside out door crying and screaming for about 15 minutes before it stopped. someone was running a vacuum at 11:30pm then the thumping of the stereo started again. needless to say we didn't get the rest and relaxation we were promised.

the pool was nice the breakfastwas good too!. it's close to so many restaurants and shops.

The TV Cable was disconnected and someone had to come in the room to fix it. The bottom of the TV Stand/Dresser/Refrig holder was rotted out. There were roaches in the bathroom.

Room could of been way cleaner, said it was non-smoking room but had burn holes on sheets, pool was not open, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, rooms were outdated, coffee maker &fridge were dirty. Should be a motel not a hotel. Priced too high for rooms in this condition.

The bedsheets and pillows weren't clean. They looked like, the bed was just fixed with the same sheets from the prior guests, because they had a funny smell. The location of my room allowed for the smell of cigarette and food to get into the room and I couldn't sleep, because I'm asthmatic. The room could use an updated. The internet didn't work. I couldn't connect to finish my presentation.
