The room was really small and tight! Also, they used a fragrance throughout the place that bothered me (allergies). It was a little overwhelming. We stayed 2 nights and thought they would replace our towels (which were very thin).

PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE clean the floor? There is a machine which is now widely available called a vacuum. I found bread crumbs on the carpet next to my bed. At least that's what I hope they were...

The location of my room, upon entering the I noticed that my window was facing a wall outside along with an adjacent window which was the hallway, meant everyone can see inside my room forcing me to close the curtains during sunset. The View was terrible having to wake up looking at the other side of the building with no view of anything and no sunlight, I asked to be switched but supposedly they couldn't put me in another room because of other reservations, well I mean I was there earlier than most reservations I'm sure they could have accommodated that but overall it was a good stay.

The place needs some work. It is time to upgrade, fix the walls - paint, noises coming from toilets were loud.

Breakfast- very little choice and inadequate for the number of guests.

A basic hotel, but good value for a comfortable bed. Staff spoke very little English so communication not easy. Breakfast items basic and quickly ran out, and were not replaced

Room too small for the furniture. There was barely 2 feet to squeeze by between the bureau and the wall. The easy chair was wedged between the heater and the nightstand so you couldn't open its drawer more than a few inches. Closet was about 2 feet wide. Walls banged up in the room. A little bit of touch up paint could go a long way. In the hallway the walls were banged up a lot and the rug was ratty. The breakfast had very few choices. OJ was watered down.

Clean. Comfortable bed with lots of premium pillows. TV was large and had many choices. Refrigerator and microwave in room. New carpet in room. Strong water pressure in shower. I asked for a room away from the road and it was very quiet.

The staff was great. Room size and bed size was nice! The only thing is there were stains on sheets, maybe burnt marks and on burnt off towels. A little run down, but the hotel is pleasant enough for a short trip. Ps. I believe the price should be a bit lower since it’s quite run down. Maybe a set 70-80$ a night.

I did not like that there was no water for guests. I was told there was a gas station next door. I stayed a quality in at a different location, and they sold water to guests.

I like the fact that there was a free breakfast bar in the morning with coffee, tea, and /or juice. It was a convenient location to where I needed to be.

Not so clean. Pretty bad check-in and check-out times. An extra $50 for two hours is unreasonable when occupancy rate was clearly not full. Lots of other hotels in the area for just a little bit more with more flexibility.

Room ok, not the cleanest. Need to vacuum the carpet in the room. Breakfast ok, good enough to keep hunger away and included as part of the room rate was a pleasant surprise.

TV was on low and would not shut off. After finally getting it to shut off, would not turn on again. A cryptic note on the TV said "Don'''t Touch or TV won't work" - not clear what not to touch. Plastic cups wrapped in plastic - a total environmental no-no.

Breakfast nice selection. People friendly. Pillows hard and lumpy. Bed ok. TV did not work. Hard to get in and out of room (107) the way it was set up. Shower was great - nice towels.

There was someone smoking either in the hallway or in the room next door. Not just cigarettes.

Great price, location and cleanliness. Shower was good pressure, King bed was comfy, &heater worked great.Free Breakfast finally offered. Eggs, sausage, Belgium waffle, toast and bagels, Danish, oatmeal &cold cereal.Hot coffee &tea 24hrs. Snowed on our Saturday and while there was some dirt tracked in on the stairs & hallways, it was immediately cleaned!.

In room 115 the bathroom sink was unusable because some unknown liquid backed up into the sink from the drain pipe several times. I notified staff, but the problem was not corrected.

Breakfast was moderate, nothing special. Coffee 24/7 was often very strong. Bed was not to our liking: too hard. WiFi signal was not powerful and consistent.

Good King room which included desk/chair, plus upholstered chair. Good TV options. Great location for Hyde Park attractions. Good, friendly cleaning staff.

There is no elevator for the second floor so had to drag our suitcases up a flight of stairs. Wifi was not great.

It seemed dumpy but was a pleasant surprise in the rooms. Very clean and updated. Beds and bathrooms were comfy. Enjoyed the breakfast downstairs with good coffee. The location couldn't be better, under 1/2 mile to FDR's home and the famous Eveready Diner which had a large menu of good food.

Breakfast was adequate but would have liked more fruit and more yogurt choices and availability of bottled water.

Excellent location for our visit to the Roosevelt and Vanderbilt national parks. Very neat and clean, courteous staff.
