They were in process of cleaning and opening pool, so it wasn't open to swim yet. Room was older, but it was clean. No other issues to report.

Came into town for music festival. Hotel served its purpose. Shower was hot, pressure not strong. Room was clean, but older. I consider it a good value for the money. Full size fridge in room

Black mold/mildew stains all over shower curtain. Tiled floors not swept/mopped. Mattress had huge urine stains (I was checking for signs of bedbugs, found NO sign of that). Hair dryer did not work, hummed and smelled like electrical wires burning. Wall outlets either did not work, were too lose to hold plugs, or were completely coming lose from wall in the bathroom. (Fear of fire hazzard!) Lobby/lounge not open for coffee until well after 7:00am, only decaf in room and coffee maker smelled of mildew. Witnessed employee (or manager's teenage daughter?) walk out of manager office BAREFOOTED to retrieve paper plate from lounge and return to manager office). No sign of employee/manager in office/front desk when ready to check out. Just left keys on counter after waiting several minutes.

Friendly staff upon check-in. Comfortable bed. Sheets, pillows and comforters appeared and smelled clean. Carpet appeared clean. Full size refrigerator, cold A/C.

I didn't like find blood on a towel that was suppose to be clean / washed. Housekeeping should have thrown the towel away and not put it back into guest room. The sink had a water leak on the knobs and underneath the pipe. The water leaked out to the floor. The room door to entrance didn't seem secure at all. I didn't sleep well at all or feel safe at the Hotel. I won't ever be staying at a Quality Inn.

The Manager Peter was the only friendly staff there.

Dirty, gross, I don't believe they clean the rooms. There was stuff on the floor that a normal vacuum cleaner would have picked up. Gross smears on restroom walls. Shower dirty. Yeesh, need I say more?

I made a reservation for quality inn in Gonzales la. When I get there they say all rooms are booked but come to find out booking.com reserved my hotel in Gonzales Texas not Gonzales la. Like I put for the room location. I reserved the room do to lost electricity from a thunderstorm and was out of power for 9 hours with 2 kids needless to say we had to go back home and stay in a hot house until power came back on. So I can’t say if the rooms was good or bad. Very disappointed

The first room they gave us wasn’t cleaned. The second room they gave us I opened their information pamphlet which was more like an old binder and two small roaches ran out. The pages also had roach droppings stuck to the pages. Just bad bad bad. The staff was friendly, the property just isn’t maintained at all. cleanliness, noise, door to room would not stay closed , someone had to be inside room to lock with deadbolt. guy behind desk did not want to give me a receipt for my stay. I reserved 3 night stay, stayed 2 nights my receipt showed a credit- he did not and has not provided refund - said Booking.com would provide authorization for credit before he would credit. bad place, bad business practices.

We were not able to get any breakfast. It looks like there were some type of construction workers and they ate everything. Nothing was restocked so we could eat!
