Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHighly recommend! If we ever travel back to Waco, would definitely book this hotel again! From the time that we arrived until the morning we left, staff was so kind and helpful! We had a couple requests, and management was more than willing to help us out!! Beautiful and clean rooms. Location was perfect for us. Magnolia is just across from hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was nice. Really small lobby, and you have to walk out of the lobby and walk down the sidewalk to get the restaurant, which closed at 8 pm so we were not able to try it out. The ONLY complaint about the room is that the shower did not have a door and water got everywhere when we took showers. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay and would absolutely stay again.
