We arrived late (after 3 pm) after a concert. No one was at the front desk. The main lobby door was locked. We called the # on the door & the lady who answered wasn’t too nice. We could tell we woke her up, which we didn’t expect someone to answer who was asleep. She told us she would see if she could check us in or not because we weren’t there by 3 pm for check-in. We assumed this hotel was like any other & u could check in any time after 3 pm. Finally got to our room & our ac didn’t work worth crap. Room was hot! We only had 1 towel & zero wash clothes. No toiletries at all either..Remind you we could not go to the front desk and get anything either. The shower head was removed from the tub & laying next to it. The spa tub was dirty so we had to rinse it out before using it. Our bedding was covered with long black hairs. We couldn’t walk barefoot in the room either because the floors turned our clean feet black on the bottoms after we had bathed. Our room was also missing an ice bucket so we couldn’t get any ice. We did have a coffee machine, but no coffee items or cups. Our mini fridge was leaking water bad & barely kept our drinks cold. This morning when we were gathering up our items to leave around 10:45 am the maid knocked on our door & was rude. My husband opened the door & she instantly said are you all leaving? He told her yes we were, but we still had 15 mins to do so. He told her about our issues & she didn’t say anything. When we checked out the lady at the front desk said for us to tell Booking about it.

It was not clean I had to clean it to my desire before staying in it. The floor was so dirty that the water was black. All the furniture had stuff splattered on it that I wiped off with Clorox wipes. Nasty Nasty!!!

They were no towels in the room. Nor did they bring any. When asked, I was told have to see the person in charge of laundry when they show up. Had to buy my own towels and wash clothes from walmart.

When we checked in the door to our room was open. One of the beds you could tell had been laid in, sheets were pulled down and there was a body indention in it. There was no towels in the room. She tried to show us another room. It smelled like someone had been chain smoking in it.

Our 2 lamps had bulbs out, the shower didn't drain, and the wall charger and one of the plugs didn't work. I also didn't enjoy that the room I booked was somehow unavailable when I got there for check-in and had to pay more for a room. I understand things happen, but I would've really enjoyed that king bed vs the queen.

I loved the convenience of being so close to everything! The bed and pillows were super comfy. Everything was mostly clean, at least on the inside of the room. Ac was super cold also, which I love.

They where no maids to clean the room and no one was ever in the office.

They never had any because they where never anyone in the office so you could get any food.

The whole room was dirty, the box springs were nasty, the floors were so dirty, that it turned our sports socks black. The floors in the bathroom had hair all over the floor, the microwave didn't work, only 2 towels even though our room had 3 adults. We sparyed disinfectant all over and still felt germy.

Hot Shower, comfortable beds, air conditioning was wonderful.

The hotel room was kind of nasty. There was hair in our tub, the room smelt like cigarettes, and there was an acrylic nail in the floor beside our bed. The bed sheet looked like it had a few small blood spots on them. The front desk lady at check was not the nicest, she talked quiet you couldn’t hardly hear her and wasn’t very friendly . And wasn’t nice when I asked for house keeping and she told me they done left for the night. The check out lady I don’t remember if it was the same she was polite. Not sure if it was just a bad moment but not the First Lady wasn’t the nicest to any of the people in the lobby.

The hotel room its self was nice and I liked the jacuzzi tub in the room.

Floors were dirty and look like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Sheet was on wrong on one of beds. Staff was rude and didn't even provide enough towels. Air Conditioner in room #117 was stopped up and we had to clean it. Refund would be nice being since we had to do housekeeping job.
