We stayed there for a softball tournament. The hotel was centrally located. The staff allowed us to use a room to play board games as a group. The beach was raked each morning. Very nice stay. A huge plus that they had washing machines and dryers for guests to use. This came in handy because of the tournament

Our room was nice, but I definitely feel like it could have been cleaned better. There was a splatter mark on the wall and the bathroom floor didn't feel the cleanest. The TV in the room was not user friendly, and we're pretty tech savvy in our mid 20's. I think it's mainly the remote, you can change the channel one at a time and the volume but that's about it, and there was no TV guide. The lounge food was the biggest disappointment. Not only is it expensive for what it is, but I've had hospital food taste better than what we had. I thought breakfast would maybe be different but it wasn't much better. Again, I thought it was overpriced for powdered eggs and lukewarm ham. The ladies running the buffet just stood in the corner watching while you got food. I felt eyes on me constantly and it was super uncomfortable and unwelcoming, like we were doing something wrong. Oh, and we were so excited because the ice machine was right outside our door, but of course didnt work. I personally wouldn't stay again and try my luck at one of the 20 other hotels we passed along the way.

We booked last minute as we drove almost 4 hours to TC because a loved one was in the ICU. We didn't use the pool or beach, just the room and the restraunt. With that being said, the beds were comfy, and the staff was nice enough. The rooms were quite spacious, which was great for a toddler who was in the car most of the day. We did go on the beach before we left and ducks swam right up to my son and I, that was really cool.

Loved the location, staff super friendly and helpful! Beach was amazing! We didn't eat there, so no comment the food. Only 2 minor negatives were the fridge could have been cleaner and it was loud and the lighting in the bathroom be definitely brighter. Looking forward to staying again!!!🤩❣️

Breakfast left much to be desired, not on power for what I would expect in that area or for the type of place. Very little options for snacking, other than the bar, there is no Vending no drinks available. That could be improved.

The Roma, nice, was actually pretty clean, enjoyed the view, the bed was very comfortable.

We had issues with hot water. Needed to let it run for about 10 minutes, which is wasting water, to allow it to become warm. It would hold temp for maybe a minute and it was cold again.

The beach is a great place to relax and take in the view. The lounge offers to go drinks so you can bring down to beach while soaking up the sun, the view or just relaxing.

They were cleaning chais on the beach and it was really loud while we sat on the beach. I know they had to clean the chairs so I really could not complain.

The phone in our room did not work, we had to run the water for ten minutes before it got hot, the air conditioner worked off and on. Disappointing not having working amenities when we paid money to be comfortable. Not all but a couple of the staff members weren't friendly in the restaurant.The beds were too soft for our liking, we woke up every morning with back aches.

The room was clean, location was great, views were awesome and the beach was clean.

All the employees were very nice and helpful. My room was clean, and I loved the view of the lake. Breakfast was not all that great; I have had much better breakfasts at hotels in the same price range. Other than breakfast not being all that great everything else was good.

The wife didn't like the breakfast. Pretty plain her words. The pool wasn't clean a lot of sand. Seems to be an old pool very worn down.

Restaurant and bar connected to the hotel. Very nice scenery.

The breakfast could have used some fresh fruit but otherwise our stay was good! The room was clean and the staff was helpful and polite and we were able to check in early which was very helpful for us.
